My many injuries include torn ligaments in my leg, a hernia in my groin , back problems, torn arm muscle, damaged neck and (lol) mental problems. Since I started shaolin sessions in January, the pain is becoming a thing from the past. I am stronger in body and mind. Pain killers are a thing of the past. • The reason one feels calm by listening to master Shi Heng Yi is because he’s probably done thousands of hours of deep meditation and inner work. You too can become calm and wise. Don’t only focus on the exercise because if your mind isn’t at peace, no matter how many videos you watch, the bad habits cannot be overcome. I was in this situation myself. What helped me the most is first and foremost surrender to God, thanking God each day. My life started to change slowly new helpful people came into my life, more useful videos such as this came to me while before I was more exposed to all things that were bad for me. Then, God and right people motivated me more and I got into meditation, which helped me calm my mind and I was content being alone while before I needed other people. The snowball effect applies to good and bad, your life can snowball and become great. Start small, have faith in God, meditate, good people will come into your life, change your energy through right exercises, live a life in harmony with nature. Doing these things can tremendously change your life for the better 🙏🏼

  • As someone who has been there for one who has broken a very bad habit, may I suggest to please have a photo, friend, image or pet that you love and respect. And I cannot express this highly enough, long-term, separate yourself from those who encourage or ignore your past bad habits. This is probably the #1 suggestion. Long term, one must depend on help at first, then separate from all who encourage your old habits. Light and Love. 🙏💕🙏

I just came about hearing about master Shi Heng Yi and the moment I heard him speak and express I felt a strong love ,emotion towards his energy, being and I can see through him and he is 100% true about what he is saying and what he is projecting. I see myself in aspects of him and I know others have too, when a strong relation pulls you in that means there is something that him and you have experienced and have a strong agreement towards the answers to simply exist with not too much effort and not too little, become the one in all . When a situation calls ! You answer in the way it is needed at that moment.

Philosophy cannot be taught nor taken although it's often mistaken for either and little more than a title for psychologists that don't have an office space nowadays. Ex: When one sets out their seeds to sow from home with hands, not every seed sat down and sown will grow the plants as hoped in plans. __ignorance sees nothing, interpretation sees many, wisdom is in all, nothing is false to any view. • Shi Heng Yi , this is Nancy in Ohio. I am 61 but refuse to act like it. Lol I’ve been watching you through the pandemic. Your presence & teachings have been calming for me. I am Christian with a desire to get back to a more calm nutritionally sound & organic diet, get off the crazy making coffee caffeine. I’ve enjoyed your channel and spend a lot of time watching the Jesus movie episodes of the Chosen. 6 times each. I have a history of a little kundalini yoga, Tai Chi, and what I get the most out of is restorative yoga. Recently I got delivered (miracle healing) of a long journey of fibromyalgia. Went to a church & a man that visits before calling me out me out saying the Lord is giving me authority over fibromyalgia, and there’s someone here that’s struggled for a long time with pain. Lift your hand if that is you. Well I was the only 1 out of 100, I’m sure there were others if they’d been in tune w/ their bodies. He pointed to me & I said yes. Ever since this night 3 weeks ago I can get out of my car or out of my seat or bed without utter stiffness & pain!!! Now the truck to main train that, a calm mind, clean diet life style and thoughts. Take care of what you’re been given for this life. I have to say I feel less depressed. These talks are very grounding.

    • Hi, Fully agree with the sentiments of yours and many who have listened. Love your U N I verse (read as You and I verse). Some acronyms to share: EGO: Eternally God Only. Enter Goodness Only. Edge Greed (and its cousins-lust, anger, attachment, jealously and envy) Out. Bend the body, mend the mind end the senses (Sathya Sai Baba). Finally think, OMG, I AM GOD (THE DIVINE SPIRIT WITHIN). STAY BLESSED.

Listening to this in the evening and listening to the rain OUTSIDE brings me some peace . I've sent this video to 2 friends who are struggling with changes in their lives that HAS created imbalances and sadness. I hope somewhere in these messages there will be growth , evolvement that will bring a better understanding to move forward with knowing that YOU KEEP GOING AND KEEP LEARNING FOR YOUR HIGHEST GOOD.X❤....WE NEVER STOP LEARNING X❤

    • Congratulations on Your wisdom. Too many single Mums try to be friends first, with Their boys, rather than Disciplinarian first, Mother figure, then Friend later. The World could use more good male role models and mentors for Our Boys. Especially with dumb narratives emasculating males in many forms of media, and also with many chemicals in shampoos etc increasing the estrogen due to endocrine disruption, and of course soy in way more stuff than before. Master Shi Heng Yi is such a great start, wonderful wisdom regarding responsible utilization of power and discipline, in service. Eckhart Tolle for the ability to be present in the now, where it matters, not fearful or anxious, or lost in over-thinking of the future, or the past. Wim Hof for the breathing hack that develops a strong heart, for courage and compassion, and a powerful immune system. Lewis Hows for clean cut life hacks using knowledge as a base; other mentors, and life interests may be gained, from the variety of guests. Sri Mataji Nirmla Devi for You All, to get Your Self-Realization, so You can All become Your Own guides, and master life with the insights of thoughtless-awareness-meditation. Balanced in the four main bodies, mental emotional, physical spiritual. "The truth is what it is" All the best!

  • First thing when you wake up, say thank you to God and that you love him. God does so much for so many, yet few remember him or show him love. This is from my own practical experience. When you remember and say thank you to God first thing in morning, your life will change entirely for the good. All the other things like exercise, motivation to change your life etc will happen more easily and any obstacles will get removed. Great video love Shi Heng Yi’s teachings 🙏🏼

  • Nice content, however for the video editors, choose more uplifting music, some parts of the video are harder to listen to because of the background music, gloomy or sad or too emotional. There is more neutral background music you can use.
