    • We’ve become too smart for our own good…🍦Because something is faster is it better. You can convince me that pushing keystrokes is faster than writing manually. Is everything better out of it? So if you live your life in mastery of the keystrokes and go faster then most everyone. You will have entered more of what we call information than hundreds of others using pen in hand. Was that a good life lived then? What then if an over language is created in the coming century. Where we can express whole paragraphs w one keystroke. Then those humans will be entering even more of what we call information. Will their lives be better then all those before! What is better in comparison’s is not better across the board of reality.🙏🏻🍦For me we are just beginning to understand how to utilize thinking itself….💤🤙🏻

  • I have listened to this several times now and all I can say is that it is so inspiring. The title says 14 truths so I tried to transcribe what Master Shi Heng Yi was saying and of course I over did it but if it helps any one here it is. I may have missed a few of the truths. Peace and Love to all. What thoughts are you having What feelings do you have What are you thinking What is your body feeling The proper way of standing (aligning your body on the earth) (Foundations) (Stability) Stability leads to growth (roots, grounding) Any skill must be nourished over and over again A skill attained by investing a lot of effort - repetitive structure, movements Perfection comes from repetition Whatever you are good at you make it a way of life everyday To get freedom of the mind, you restrict yourself, you do not do what the mind tells you If you think free and you behave free you will bring out the destructive elements of the mind Nothing will bring you out of balance anymore when you stop outsourcing, you have disciplined your mind Be very careful to what you invest your time in. If it doesn't bring you value then don't do it, if it brings you value then do it Don't have regrets on your life Don't give up when the times are getting hard When you face a challenge, keep going, like a warrior. Keep the power in you Don't lose sight, be open to what the future brings. Do not have too many fixed goals, don't have concrete plans on what the future should look like, be open to what comes into your life In a 24-hour day you can shape the direction of your life, shape the goals into a direction, a destination Where is your nature coming from, listen to yourself, what do you want and what are you capable of Not everyone can manifest, not everyone has the skills to manifest You always have people who have the will power, and they want their dreams but do not have the character to achieve it You have people who have the character but do not want to live this kind of life To find someone who has the character and will power is very rare. Many people do not have the character and many people don't have the will power. You need both character and will power - this is where manifestation takes place. Make the best of your lifetime How aware are you when one minute of your lifetime has passed. Many people can't remember what happens during the day the more you are aware the more colorful your life is If you Immerse yourself more into this life, your experience of your days becomes longer, it doesn't feel like a boring life. This is related to physical training and mental training What do I need to re-adjust in my lifetime to find pleasantness that I am looking for, what poison in my thoughts are ruining my life Our physical security is assured, people who live in poor countries don't have that We have the security of existence now comes the question how do you balance your life out But if you do not have security of existence then questions on how to balance your life out don't matter, all you care about is surviving. Be grateful for what you have

Hope you have the Character and Will Power For me at 89 I still am working on my character and will power. I basically say to myself better luck next time. I have done well with what I was dealt with. So no regrets and I keep on punching. My dogs think I am wonderful, my wife has doubts. I know who I am TAT TVAS ASI (that art thou)

  • I read Siddhartha when I was 13 and all this knowledge he’s describing literally exploded and unfolded in my mind and miraculously yanked me out of a horrible depression. This year I had a baby premature and had horrible post partem depression and when I finally began improving, all this philosophy came back to me naturally! This is common sense, true wisdom that I believe is universal. My grandpa never wanted to see me sitting down doing nothing and whenever I was depressed he was desperate to get me to exercise or clean or do anything physically. It made me so angry growing up but he had true wisdom.

    • I am 15 and i am facing depression too just because I am exposed to this knowledge naturally. I am able to make it by myself and i felt really lonely after that as there is nobody who understands what I mean, especially people of my age. After find shi heng yi I felt little confident as whatever i made by myself were indeed true, and listening it from his own mouth made me cry. But still I see no light. There are still few questions unanswered for me. I want to change this world, help this world but- *sigh* I just can't explain.

Especially at your age, people are kind of dumb, and so they’re going to look at you like you’re crazy for being smart. You need to focus on the truth and what you know is right and just go for it regardless of what people think, and eventually the right people and situations will come to you. Just don’t give up, don’t give in!!

    • @@ragtimegals hey can we talk on something like discord? It would be more convenient. And yeah I agree that it's like that for people like us but I feel more depressed after knowing that I was the lucky one who had the right ability to interpret stuff under the right circumstances while facing the perfect level of difficulty. If any of this requirement didn't match then I wouldnt have reached this point in life. I just want everyone to know what I feel. I feel this world is heading towards a very bad place and I want to fix it. I don't know how. I feel little scared. I am very much confused. And I don't feel this superiority over others that I am smart or they are dumb. I just look at others who outcast me (it's more like they don't get me and it isn't their fault because they are being fed the wrong things on social media) as unlucky and it's my job to let them know what the truth is. I have tried to but I fail. I can tell you more if we get a better and more private platform to chat on

  • I love the tree analogy. I came up with a saying long ago, one of my greatest teachers of patience is a tree. Since I was young I have enjoyed creating bonsai and pen-jing. Those Arts cannot be rushed and we're very valuable lessons to my young mind.

  • My head gets messy with over thinking and my heart gets heavy with love from over feeling. The self discipline to manage this exhaustion takes a lifetime of moving towards, but lately I've come to the point, what else better do I really have to do ? The journey isn't to peace, the journey is one of peace. Some days I have to hold that truth so close to my perception that it drowns out everything else.
