  • Once you are fully present in this moment there is no overthinking or suffering. Overthinking comes from thinking about past which is just memories and the future is your imagination. Stay present 🧘🏿‍♂️

    • When anxiety kicks in & You see your Peers getting married and becoming successful and you are still not financially stable or married and Fear of Future kicks in then How to Remind oneself that Thinking about the past which is nothing but just memories is unhealthy and not doing us any good and thinking about the future is just our Imagination..! How to anchor oneself in the present at that moment because once this anxiety kicks in nothing works!!! 😑

The other things here - they have all been done, and are in the past. If you are really concerned about something you said being taken the wrong way, just ask the person you said it to. Almost certainly they will barely remember you saying it!

  • I understand how overthinking can be overwhelming. Remember that thoughts are just thoughts, and you have the power to control them. Start by acknowledging your thoughts and recognizing when you're overthinking. Then, try to redirect your attention to something else, like a hobby or activity you enjoy. Practice mindfulness and focus on the present moment. Remember that mistakes are a natural part of life, and don't let the fear of making them hold you back. Trust yourself and your abilities, and know that everything will work out in the end.

There can never be a thought of if we are in this present moment because it's happening and is ticking away, so it's always fresh and new. • This is such an important video highlighting the importance of discussing mental health and overcoming the stigma associated with depression and anxiety. For those who may be struggling, it's essential to know that there are resources and support available. You may want to check out @Dr.healingstrain, a mycologist who uses mushrooms to help people overcome depression and anxiety. They provide valuable information and support for those dealing with mental health challenges, and their work is worth exploring.

    • @@ema1652 this is what I do to empty my mind when trying to sleep. I concentrate on the blackness I see with my eyes closed. I pay attention as well to if I am holding any part of my body tense. It's usually my shoulders. So I let relax the tension by just letting them go. But I just look at the darkness. Sometimes in the darkness I see light expanding and coming in and out. Look at that if it appears. I'm telling you you will be out like a light in no time! But be patient, it may take time to practice. If you start to think of anything bring your focus back to the light or the darkness. This really works.
