First TEST FLIGHTS | Betafpv LAVA Lipos (Folded Cells) | Meteor 75pro | Review | Comparison

I test-flown the Betafpv Lava Lipos for the first time. Z-Fold Lipos are finally available in Europe! And they really seem to be Z-Fold Lipos. The capacity is great and the punch too. That's the good news. The bad news: It still doesn't feel the same as when I preheat my GNB Lipos in terms of racing performance (if you're new to my channel, search with the keyword lipo preheating on my channel, or ask me in the comments). In the meantime, I also flew the Betafpv Lava Lipos preheated and then they fly like I'm used to. The conclusion: Preheating Lipos to 40 degrees Celsius remains a must for me. Dang it. I now have to start designing a good lipo preheater. Stay tuned.
But for most pilots, Betafpv Lava Lipos are good lipos that are well worth the money.
Also for me, but I have to preheat them to be happy :-) ;-)

Stock Betafpv Meteor 75pro (I changed the battery connector so that I could place the lipos nicely in the middle and the cable wouldn't be under tension)

This Betafpv Lava Lipo Review is especially for racers who need greater performance from their lipos. It is a comparison between Betafpv Lava Series Lipos (Betafpv LAVA 1S 450mah 75C and Betafpv LAVA 1S 550mah 75C) and GNB 90C and 80C Series. Through my experience as a racer, I immediately notice that these Betafpv Lava lipos are very good, in any case significantly better than the old betafpv lipos. But as already mentioned above, lipo preheating is still very important to me as a racer. For a beginner tough, I can highly recommend the LAVA Series Lipos. They are much much better than the old Betafpv Lipos! The only question that remains now: Are the Betafpv LAVA 1S 450mah 75C better than the GNB 1S HV 530mah 90C? I still have to find that out now.. stay tuned..
