Bonjour à tous,
In todays episode, we see the final of the Christmas trees go up, one for the cottage salon and one for the chateau third floor
salon. With a beautiful real tree for the cottage, Terry & Jonthan set to work In styling it simple, natural and elegant, a perfect theme for the cottage, while on the third floor Terry battles with a second hand artificial tree, saving it from landfill and sets to work on transforming it into a stunning centre piece for the third floor.

About us,
We are a family from the North-East of England following our dream to restore a beautiful abandoned french Château. We discovered the heart stopping Château De Lalacelle in summer of 2020, this beautiful architectural monument Is set in the countryside of North-West France.
The moment we visited the Château we all fell in love, from the beautiful sweeping landscape and forests, to its stunning untouched interiors and magnificent spiral staircase in the turret.
Unfortunately Château De Lalacelle has been abandoned for a number of decades so will need a lot of restoration and DIY.

  • Beautiful tree, and mostly natural looking. To have a son and grandson do it for a grandmother is so special. We have two new babies in the family now. One in November and one in December, so we remembered family is everything.

  • Terry, you are the master of making silk purses out of sow's ears! I am amazed at what you were able to do with that column-like, second-hand, Charlie-Brown's-Christmas tree-- it's GORGEOUS! I love those little lights and the red bobbles just pop against the green. Just stunning! 👏👏👏👏👏

  • I think yours is the prettiest of all the trees. That so surprised me. So glad you have completed the apartment for you and Ash with the exception of the kitchenette. Gives you a wonderful place to relax after a day of working. You both work so hard restoring the chateau and tending the grounds.
