Bonjour à tous, In this episode Tracy and Terry continue work in the walled garden, but while working on the terrace capping stones the pair make a amazing discovery. From old postcards the family know that the walled garden had beautiful urns each side of the staircase but never found out what happened to them, untill now, could this be them?

About us,
We are a family from the North-East of England following our dream to restore a beautiful abandoned french Château. We discovered the heart stopping Château De Lalacelle in summer of 2020, this beautiful architectural monument Is set in the countryside of North-West France.
The moment we visited the Château we all fell in love, from the beautiful sweeping landscape and forests, to its stunning untouched interiors and magnificent spiral staircase in the turret.
Unfortunately Château De Lalacelle has been abandoned for a number of decades so will need a lot of restoration and DIY.

    • I didn’t include a Happy Mothers Day in my earlier comment. You have been Blessed to be such a wonderful life, that includes so much love for C your family. Anyone would be so blessed to have you for a Mother and even foster type all inclusive Mother. I hope you take breaks between the videos that refresh you enough to get back at it. I love gardening of all kinds as you do. Unfortunately the only gardening I can do is with my about 22 indoor potted plants. Some are a little hard to keep happy indoors such as the many 6 begonias, some are ones I’ve never seen before in SoCal but now in Georgia I find them here in a specialty nursery.   • Every new vlog I am more amazed at the heavy work you are doing. The terraces were not as obvious until the clearing began. The fact that you have just got on and done what needs to be done shows your love for your property. Tracy you are an amazing woman, mother, grandmother, you are supportive and get in there and work just as hard as the boys do, and you enjoy it, which is more than half the battle. I look forward to seeing the gardens coming together, not something that will be done over night but slowly built on in the years ahead. Thank you for having us on your journey.

  • The word „cha‘eau“ has become one of our favourites. When we go having a coffee in the village and it’s time to go home, one of us will without the shadow of a doubt say „Let’s head back to the cha‘eau!“ (We live in a 90sqm cottage.) One more thing to be thankful for. I love this channel.

  • You've come such a long way since the beginning of the project. It's astonishing and never gets boring, no matter how long each task takes.   • It's a drain from one tier to the other so that each tier doesn't retain too much water. I have something similar, and it drains into my flower beds.

Your videos are so crisp and clean. How fortunate that you uncovered pieces of the original urns and sundial. And you also have old photos to go by.   • Wow, 3/4 the sun dial is amazing! The wall looks beautiful! It would look lovely to have water flowing down the rock, there's pumps that allow the water to recirculate to save on water. Great job y'all💓
