    • What is Bivol origine, country, maternal language, where is he born ?

  • The most intriguing thing about Bivol is that he looks like a regular bro, perhaps because he’s always humble. Yet, in the ring he’s an absolute killer, a master technician who mesmerizes his opponents with his footwork, distance and discipline. He’s so unique and a pleasure to watch. I wish him all the success.

    • He beat a welterweight that went up to heavyweight in Canelo ! People need to relax on Bivol he’s good but not a killer , he couldn’t even knockout Canelo who had an injured hand. Let’s see Bivol move up to heavyweight which is equivalent to what Canelo did to fight him. See how Bivol does

Go easy on your joints (don't do too many push ups, squats, knee extensions, jogging etc) Just wait a bit. Muscle building and weight lifting are a great way to burn fat!!!

    • No doubt. I do forearm, wrist and hand strengthening 5 days a week for over a year now and had to gingerly work into those pushups. They take tremendous hand and wrist strength. I couldn’t do them for a minute when I first started, and that was nearly 8 months into my regular hand strengthening regimen. I had to do them leaning against a wall, standing up & then went to on my knees for 2 months before I could do those

  • You have to understand that this is only a part of training. These types of workouts are usually done once or twice a week only in certain period of training camp. Most of excersices shown in this video are related to either functional training or to increase lactate tolerance which typically comes in the middle of final part of a training camp.
