Bivol vs GGG at 168 is the fight to make. Or GGG vs Callum Smith at 168, Bivol vs Beterbiev at 175, then if Bivol wins, go from the strength of beating Beterbiev to another strength, a fight at 168 vs the lineal champ, either Callum Smith or GGG. How epic would GGG vs Bivol at 168 be in Khazakstan or Russia? Or if GGG beats Callum Smith in the UK, and Bivol beats Beterbiev in the UK, how about a Khazak vs a Russian in a 80,000 seat UK arena? Would that be epic or what? Put David Price on the undercard to get 40,000 of those seats sold to Brits, then Bivol vs GGG can sell the other 40,000 on the strength of the matchup and their fame in Britain after those two fights. Just kidding lol, but yeah put some UK fights on the undercard and they could totally sell out a huge arena IF GGG beats Callum Smith and Bivol wins a unification fight on UK soil. So that's what I would like to see most.
@@punchforpound2808 I think Bivol v GGG is a complete mismatch as Bivol would be 185lbs in the ring but he's also the quicker fighter and would buck up GGG and he has no power fighting on the back foot so he would be better off fighting Andrade or even Benavidez at 168lbs. I think Smith being 6ft 3 could move up to 175lbs and be competitive but the 175lbs division is smoking hot right now.

Not a big puncher, but technically sound and has great vision.
Grant Okawa he still a big puncher. He just prefer to not put his weight into his punches for higher punch output. He’s like a Usyk for light heavyweight.
Thing is his punches are harder than they look because of a dif striking principal as opposed to what you are used to seeing. This is ballistic style of punching very similar to how Ali ko'd Liston. What makes it unique is dropping that weight into the punch on full foot and curving punches. This is soviet old school. Also his defense is primarily his feet.

Nothing I haven't seen any other fighter do ..
For some reason he doesnt look super impressive doing mitts. Its like he uses it as a shoulder exercise instead of a boxing exercise so he is always arching his shoulders weird when he throws punches. In actual fights, he seems to be a lot more textbook.

Dastan Rysulbekov is that just an observation or are you knocking those fundamentals Bivol is showing? That’sthe idea mate , not stand there and get hit as you’re throwing lol👍 This guys an absolute beast..his right sounds like a shotgun going off in the gym , although i feel that he could put those combos together even better. Him vs GGG or Usyk would be great, better vs Usyk.
