    • Mesiiah E It’s still within genetic potential. Have you ever seen a guy with 5’0 parents who’s 6’2 or something? Same works with body build and the extent of which you can build the muscle in your shoulders.

      @is1hair@is1hair5 жыл бұрын
    • @@is1hair No, that is NOT how it works. Your genetics dictate your muscle insertions, or how your muscles look. They don't dictate your fast twitch muscle fibers, which aid in explosive strength. Your fast twitch muscle fibers are simply based on the way you train. You're obviously not a fighter or a bodybuilder, so don't speak on what you don't know. People are so quick to blame genetics for where they lack. Their giant egos can't fathom that just MAYBE, they don't know everything and aren't training to their fullest extent. Don't be THAT guy.

Yeah you could say that maybe you don’t like his fighting style or something but he works hard seems friendly never heard anyone say anything bad about him. He has done everything he can to open himself up to boxing fans even allowing some of his fights to be extended by taking it easy and letting his opponent hit him for the fans. Amazing boxer.

Ross Enamait wrote a whole article on this very thing, develop monstrously strong neck musculature and you'll generally be harder to ping out. Good display lads.
