  • The best heavy bag work I’ve ever seen hands down. The way he’s constantly moving in and out while maintaining distance with the jab is not something you’ll see any ordinary champion do. This guy is someone whose mastered distance to such a degree beating him will be near impossible unless you have a steel trap for a chin and can punch like a mule

    • Feel you I love Bivol and his work too. I’m boxer too, I have call a spade a freaking spade though. I want to see how Bivol does against another out-fighter who can counter as well he can. THAT would be one hell of a fight😊😊 sadly I don’t think there’s anyone right now that can do that.

  • This athleticism, strength and dedication combined with his style and technique makes him perhaps the most difficult boxer to get beaten anytime soon. Beterbiev could, but comes off a tough win. Bivol might be too crisp.

  • I've seen both bivols and beterbievs training regime and both are very different but both are insane. Just to do a lot of what they do on a regular basis requires 100% dedication, extreme focus and no days off or extended vacations. These two guys are Russian machines. Hopefully if it happens and once it does, when they both get in the ring, it will be like watching RoboCop vs the Terminator.

  • Es un boxeador completo y lo a demostrado en sus peleas verlo es una exibicion buena defensa buena pegada entra y sale tiene un juego de pies que hoy en dia nadie los tiene. Lastima que no le den una pelea de unificacion contra Vertebieb deveria ser una pelea obligatoria. Entrena segun su opnente que va a enfrentar muy diciplinado en su carrera.

    • A lot of seems to be core and stabilizer grouops im no expert but more functional motion stuff like crossfit minus weights good way to gain stregth without adding too much weight and mass these types of workouts combine cardio and sttength together

  • Its very obvious. Bertubiev is stronger but Bivol has more skill and stamina. Bivol will outbox and out pace him for a unanimous/split decision. Just make the goddamn fight!

  • Yet could not ko let alone even drop a naturally smaller Canelo yet Canelo ko Kovalev. Weight by bone structure and he is much bigger. Smaller fighters that come up have smaller bones just more fat n musle. Advantages n disadvantages vary.
