  • Remember that you’re amazing! Your parents, your ex’s, toxic people etc. Don’t make them become you. You must let go of what they have done. You must move on from what they did. Don’t carry the poison of hurt expecting your life to change. One must heal, forgive and let go to make SPACE for a new life. ~ Much love from a Law Of Attraction KZheadr💜

    • Thank you Gavin, feeling quite weak and isolated at the moment. I don't have the strength to make big changes at the moment...lovely message you've posted. Thank you!

  • Feeling and processing the emotions of others is so exhausting that you begin subconsciously pushing people away as a means of self-protection... thank you for your work and help for all empaths around the world! ❤

  • I am an animal empath. I feel their pain and suffering so deeply that it stays with me for days. I am striving to learn how to deal with these emotions without having them affect me the way it does but am having a difficult time. I stay away from situations that will cause these intense emotions but it's in everyday life for me. Sending all my fellow empaths love, light, healing and protection 🌹

    • Me too, Goddess! It's difficult to have that sensitivity in this world, but I am so glad that I do. I'd hate to be someone who doesn't see/feel animals.

    • @@kimclark5736 sometimes it feels like a curse to carry because I feel it so intensely. Any little thing where animals are concerned, the smallest pain and it’s so intensified that I can’t deal with it

    • same here. I find it so hard to witness animal suffering that at times I don t want to live any more. So I live like a recluse away from animal suffering because it is just so painful

  • Sounds True is my go-to & has been a guide, support & aural friend since 2014. I’m left wondering where the line between being an empath & being a codependent gets drawn? Similarities & differences? I see people labeling themselves as ‘empaths,’ but then a lot of their behaviors look a lot like codependency? Porous ego boundaries etc It can be neurotic & damaging, but calling it ‘empathy’ turns the martyrdom into a spiritual badge of honor. Mostly women doing this from what I can see. I was hoping that would be discussed, because it’s a frustrating & sad phenomenon to witness, codependency rebranded as empathy. I like the line about doing/creating work to support one’s sensitive nature & need for solitude. That’s been my MO for a few years now.

  • I totally disagree with Judith about being in sales I am Claire cognizance and a highly sensitive impasse and while yes I do have to and I am learning to discharge my clients energy, I am also very very successful because I am so connected to their heart and their desires. I would absolutely refute that. But I do love you so much Judith :-) :-)

  • Can t explain why I go through life with so much emotional pain as an empath. May be in a past life I cause sufferings to others without being aware of their pain. And now I have to feel the pain of others and suffer.
