  • Because of the information I got from her book, I found many of the feelings I actually got from others. Not knowing it wasn’t me but the feelings. Brought so peace of mind.

  • Thank you for this. My dad always said I didn't have a backbone. I relate to what you say about how others, especially parents, perceive empathic children.

  • Excellent insights as usual. Love the information about brain differences and why we aren't party animals. Thank you.

  • Useful information. My favorite centering technique is to take off my shoes & socks & walk on grass in parks & outdoors. Water energises me. Gentle rhythmic freestyle lap swimming in a well-maintained Olympic swimming pool is always calming & centering & relaxing. A key is to breathe bi-laterally or equally on each side no matter your stroking & breathing rhythm. I was once an assistant to an Olympic swimming coach.

  • Excellent and honest interview. I think a lot of us get misunderstood as hypochondriacs because we absorb, especially now, in this climate. Much love to all HSP's and empaths! p.s. I like to remind myself that i'm not the only one who can take care of this person. That helps a lot and usually other assistance arrives!

  • I have a terrible time not jumping in there with my college age daughter. if she is sick, or upset or stressed it absolutely sucks the life out of me. Sometimes I have to rest afterwards. Or when she's sick I feel sick too. It really is an interesting and life altering life as an empath. Thanks you for the video.
