Chandler really is a nice, genuine person. I met him at the Nashville airport last year as we both arrived. It was a late flight and he could have told me to piss off…but he didn’t. I asked him for a photo and he kindly took one, then shook my hand, asked me my name and what I did. He introduced himself as well & held a brief conversation before parting ways. Chandler didn’t have to do any of that, especially considering he was heading home to his family. But he took the time to be gracious with a fan. Super awesome dude. So pumped for his next fight.
Really?
If this is true Chandler's the man.. if this is true
@@lucasmcclain3088 I’ve got the picture to prove it. It was the best way to cap off my bachelor party…meeting one of my favorite fighters. 🙌🏻
@@justinwinningham4892 Really, really.
Do you have proof of this? Show a pic
Chandler was one of the best UFC acquisitions ever. Every fight an absolute banger
It's crazy.
What about ben asscream.
What Askren was supposed to do
U don’t watch mma
@@romanreigns1p4pking55 your last three comments on this channel are telling people they’re casuals. Go back under your bridge
"One of the best punts I've seen in my entire life" 😂😂😂😂
Chandler's post fight interview was superb. Gotta appreciate this man for always giving us entertainment and fireworks, good man.
He’s annoying asf 😂 dude calling out Conor like he’s the man
@@bigtreyvo he's not the only one. Dude wants a big payday.
Fake mma fan Alert ^
It hasn't always been like that. He has done a complete 180 since leaving bellator
@@derek234 u a fake mma fan? Don’t talk
I love Tony but it's impossible not to like Chandler. Such a great guy who is an absolute killer inside the octagon. Him vs Conor would be huge.
Agreed but I don't think it'd be all that competitive chandler would likely beat Connors ass in
That’s the first time I’ve seen that kid. I rarely watch UFC. Definitely a great personality though.
Hell yeah man. I want to see Gaethje vs. Conor Chandler vs. Conor. Chandler's mic skills are so good, he almost needs to fight Conor before they both retire.
@@waltersobchak4079 Conor does very well against short wrestler types.
@@fitzy28101 the only guy he has beaten since 2016 is donald cerrone 😂😂
Really happy to see more ufc segments, keep em coming boys!
Chandler has been a beast for years. He's been against some of the best in the world with names like Benson, both Pitbull brothers, Oliveira, Gaethje, Ferguson, Alvarez and so on. He seems like a awesome dude with the most positive energy and spirit around. He is honest with his answers and will compliment his opponents and competition. He is a true professional and a good role model for the next generation. Keep killing it Pat and the crew!
Chandler has been my favorite fighter for years. Everyone keeps sleeping on him. The dude won the bellator lightweight championship three times!
@@evanwilkinson5354 He's had so many electric fights already. He is really becoming a fan favorite now and it's awesome to see him get his shine. He has earned it.
the Chandler v Alvarez Saga might be one of the most insane back and forth in MMA history, I just wish you guys like him and Luke rockhold came to the UFC sooner because they were cooking people in the most entertaining way outside of UFC.
@@nolabets3130 Luke gets shade, but everyone at 185 packs a punch and Jan has power too. He has a great resume too. Luke, at his peak, was a top class fighter and champion.
@@evanwilkinson5354 u have some poor taste
“Sometimes you get punted” 😂😂😂 -Chandler
“Sometimes you get punted”. 😂. Awesome quote.
Chandler vs MacGregor and Oliveira vs Diaz on the same card would be insane.
Chandler is the man. What a great interview, never knew how much I'd like him when he was in Bellator. I don't even find him cringe like some because he walks the walk, stuff like the adoption just proves it. The world needs more Michael Chandlers
It’s the way he says things , it’s all so pure and straight to you - no flourish or adding swag to it . Adesanye tries to hard when he speaks and so does Usman , conor during the poirer 3 fight was unbearable because it became so fake and forced . Chandler is as pure as they come , so glad he came to UFC
As a new fan of the sport he's one of the guys who got me into the UFC. His fight with Gaethje was the first full fight I ever watched and I've been watching UFC as much as possible since
@@koylar agreed. I will say I love watching Adesanya's reaction vids with his boys/team and I like how much CKB supports one another, but I typically won't listen to him do actual media. Usman is kinda the same way, I usually skip his portions of the embeddeds not because I particularly dislike him, but I just feel excessively neutral and don't like wasting my time when I can just do something else I enjoy I watch and cheer against Conor because I like to see the world burn occasionally, though the dolly situation was fucked and he's a terrible person. I feel similarly about Dustin as I do Chandler, so that shows my allegiance 😊 Chandler genuinely is inspiring, like I could imagine seeing one episode and thinking he's over the top or cringe, but when you see him over and over and realize it's never fake, he wins you over completely.
@@kevinzhu6417 that's awesome! Amazing fight to break you in. My first "get you hooked" fight was the war between Rory Macdonald and Robbie Lawler, which many think is the best UFC fight ever. Idk if you have fight pass (I don't I'm a pirate lol), but mmacore has most full fight replays. r/mma is usually a decent resource too I'm a huge fan of mma and BJJ in general, so welcome to the sport! It's an interesting mix of total ego, yet ultimately egoless battles 😅 I like Justin as a fighter, but as a human, Chandler is the cream of the crop, so I'm happy he has a new fan!
There are actually many many Michael chandlers. It’s a very common name.
Knew him in high school and he was a genuinely nice kid.
Definitely seems like it
Good to hear
Awesome
Always nice when respected figures were respected before their fame.
The man
Chandler is a great example of how to be confident and entertaining while not being a tool.
yes
"you turned him into a senior citizen" amazing
The fact he called a kick with that much goddamn juice on it a “rangefinder” while also admitting to being a punch heavy fighter who doesn’t kick much is just flat out hilarious to know
He basically was like yeah I’m not that good and I have wholes in my game but I got it and still won it. Buddy was not going to win that fight up until that lucky “rangefinder” kicks.
@@PR3M0P what lmao.
@@PR3M0P he cracked tony in the first too so I don’t really know what your talking about here…
By far the best signing Dana has made in recent times, Mike is one of the few fighters who truly understands this is entertainment, he puts in the work in training AND with the media. On top of that there's no b/s with the man, he's honest and doesn't put people down to try and sell tickets. Won me over for sure.
he's not doing it for u. get over yourself 🤡
"Sometimes you get punted" -Michael chandler lmao
"this is the business we're in, sometimes you get punted". awesome
That KO looks so similar to Anderson Silva vs Vitor Belfort
It did. But I think it was more brutal
@@zacharygutshall8452 more power forsure.
loyoto machida folded Belfort with the same kick. some fighters stance leave them open to it.
chandlers ko makes that ko seems like a slap in the face lmao
Machida’s reaction after his was the best
What a sincere, humble, and insightful man! Definitely earned a new fan here. Great interview.
he's not doing it for u. get over yourself 🤡
Mike Chandler is the man yo ! Such a great dad and consummate professional.
“And this is the business we’re in man, sometimes you get punted” - Micheal Chandler 😂😂
The octagon interview was very Macho Man Randy Savage, loved it!
chandler is a class act... i wasn't sure about him when he first entered the ufc but he is as genuine as they come.. very inspirational especially in this day and age
Iron Mike baybay
Love the warrior mentality when Michael fights. Easily one of my favorites to watch. You know you are getting a show and he puts it all out there.
Chandler is class act. Tough scene for Tony.
Love this dude. His personality is awesome, and he's genuine as hell. Will definitely be rooting for him!
Respect the hell out this guy. As a fighter much love stay healthy
Tony Ferguson was actually trying to break Chandler's foot with his face
Tony is still the man. Great win Chandler. Would love to see Chandler poirer next.
Chandler joins the boys for a nice chat, love the energy all around in this group
Such a brutal finish, great comeback, a plethora of backflips, a rollercoaster of emotions that is only seen in MMA😳
Such a great guy, and a great interview! Tough as the come too!
Legendary moment from Chandler, and that promo was just perfect. I love that you're doing these MMA interviews. That's how I found this show. Keep up the good work! 👍
How do you not like chandler?.. he’s a stud and cool af. One of my favorite active fighters
He puts on a show w or L
Only thing I dislike is he came to the UFC a bit late in his career. Same w askren I wished these guys got over sooner. That said he was killing it in Bellator
I was there in Phoenix and saw this live, the crowd love this guy, the whole place was roaring!
Thank you for adopting children. There is so many who need help
Everyone loves Michael Chandler. What a beast in the octagon, on the mic, and every interview. The man is always on.
How can you not root for this guy? Calling his fights “Opportunities” and his family first mentality make him a champion. I hope he gets some redemption with Charles and some big stage fights.
Chandler is gonna be a pillar of MMA for years to come. He’s got it all, belt or no belt, guy is a gem 👌
Love the expansion into more MMA guests, gentlemen are doing a marvelous jahb
Michael Chandler brought me here. Great host, I love the energy from Pat!! and the crew came prepped with the questions!
Love the MMA interviews!! 👍🏼
I love these interviews
I've quickly become a massive chandler fan.. I always knew he was top 5 coming into the ufc but didnt know he was so amazing to watch
NFL and UFC. Pat Mac and the boys cover everything I need
Pat needs a “sometimes you get punted” tank top
Chandler is a stud! Great , down to earth guy and tough as nails. Definitely one of my favorites doing it. Great interview!
Coming from a punter pat would know great kicks hahahaha 😂
With a little training, I bet pat would throw a wildly powerful kick
Chandler has been one of my favorite fighters for a long time and since he came to the UFC he is my favorite I order the ppv no questions asked when he is on it. Chandler your the man! Your a great human and a perfect role model. You will get the strap you did the best against Charles.
Stratospheric level of newfound respect for this stud. I’m a Ferguson fan and gotta give it up to Chandler for digging deep after round one and epically finishing the job
Glad you had mike on! I love the nfl ufc crossover
I agree with Chandler.. That was the best Tony we have seen in the last 4 to 5 fights. He looked huge and he was landing ... It's the business though and sometimes it only takes 1
The man himself! Iron Michael Chandler. What an insane finish. Still thinking about it. A highlight for the ages. I was hoping you'd have him on, great stuff.
So happy to see this interview. The second he pinned Tony’s head inside his own 10 I immediately thought of pat lol glad I wasnt the only one thinking this interview made sense.
Selfish and stupid me just didn't like Chandler when he 1st came to the UFC, no other reason than he was an "outsider", this man has shown nothing but respect towards his opponents, his love for his family, and speaks from his heart, and now he has a fan for life here. True gentleman and sportsman, I watch EVERY fight he's in and that's no exaggeration. God bless Chandler!
He’s actually quite well spoken, and seems very grounded.
Win or lose Chandler is exciting in the octagon his war with Eddie Alvarez was brutal and bloody! Respect to El cucuyi 👊
Glad to see Pat seems to be getting a little bit more of a grasp of mixed martial arts. Great interview
Fighters are nuts! Awesome kick!
What a great interview
Great interview
Love Michael Chandler, hate the UFC weight cut rules. Glad to see guys migrating to 170. They really need a 165 lb division.
100%. Khabib’s promotion has a 165 lb. division and it’s perfect 155 to 170 is just a massive gap.
He looked like "Glass Joe" 🤣🤣🤣
Always entertaining to watch Chandler fight. Win or lose this guy is beast
He finally earned the credit and respect from me to refer to him as the same nickname as the most ferocious boxer of all time, "Iron Mike"...well deserved.
To be fair, he’s “Iron Michael” though. He just put the tip in on that nickname.
he didnt do it to earn your respect. who are u? get over yourself 🤡
Iron vs notorious is a must-make/watch fight
Chandler always strikes me as a 'Rocky' type. He leaves everything in the ring, win or lose and he is there to fight. I remember watching his Gaethje fight and he barely had any legs left yet still got up ready to brawl. Interviews I've seen he always comes across as a respectful, nice guy. Glad he got the W.
Crazy Knockout! 💪
Pat and Chandler have the exact same promo style. Start at an 11 and end at a 15.
Chandler is the man. Tony looked really good in the first round but he was not ready for that front kick to the face
Tony was looking real good - but thing is, in the first he had his hands up - the second he started with his hands at the hip. Liek come on bro
Great interview Michael chandler! You sre an inspiration ✨️
Big fan of Mike, would love to see him get that belt one day. go get emm boy see you at the top !! 👊🏼🥇
I was so hyped Micheal Chandler when he signed with the UFC! First time I watched him was when he slammed Benson Henderson
Let’s go my man !!!!
My two favs from each of my fav things to watch. Wwe meets ufc. Man I love these two wholesome dudes.
I really like chandler but it was hard seeing Tony lose. Tony has given us so much over the years, I will never forget.
Yeah man. From 2013 until 2019 Tony never lost a fight. He won 12 fights in a row (many of them were wars). He will always be a Fan favorite.
Chandler vs Conor feels like the perfect match. I’d really want to see that immediately
It looks like Chandler found the missing link in the human evolution with that kick lmao
New favorite fighter for sure. Class act and outstanding fighter.
Chandler is so fun to watch, It’s true
Chandler is my number 1 UFC fighter to watch right now. He is cant miss entertainment for a fight fan
GREAT INTERVIEW
Why is he dressed like Tony Ferguson??🤣
Took his soul and his style
@@tombrady1807 Charles already did that lol
Dressed? The man is literally shirtless in shades 😂😂
Hes the tony now
@@certifiedyaminspector-dadd6224 if you havent seen that is tonys look lol
Pat gets the best guest!
“Kicked the soul out of Tony Ferguson” bro yall violated tony on that ticker lmfao
That Still Picture is Insane... I thought It was Photoshopped for a second.... My God....
He’s definitely grown on me. His fights are so entertaining!
Quality production at every phase of the game
Dude, Tony hit like a lawn dart that had been thrown a half mile into space.
Chandler vs Mcgregor would be one of the most electrifying fights of all time. BOOK IT
Appreciate the MMA content
Who doesn't love Chandler... he is a class act
i love when pat brings on random ufc fighers
See you at the top!
MMA FIGHTERS ARE NUTS GOTTA RESPECT THEM 👏
What a stand up guy
Dang!!! Michael Chandler is getting up there in fame. Happy he was able to get onto Pat's show to get some further shine. What I wouldn't give for him to try to get Chandler to do his NXT and WM top rope spot.
Love the ufc content. Chandler is a dawg
Respect to Chandler for giving Tony his props. Pat obv didn’t know who he was. Love the UFC. I Wanna see Tony submit Connor with an Imanari roll 😂
