    • @@williambuchko5797 It may be a joke to you but the WWE is broadcast weekly to 180 countries and viewed by up to 1 billion. It has 11 million weekly viewers in the US while the highest UFC WORLDWIDE ppv EVER was only 4.3 million. The WWE has a net worth approximately 50% higher than that of the UFC. You may not like their product, but the WWE is a money making machine and has been for ages. If Pat could only pick either the WWE or the UFC andmaking money was his intent, it would be the WWE without hesitation.

  • The reason Pat is so good, is because it's a non corporate guy talking sports the same way a regular guy would. He's relatable, and funny. Everything ESPN isn't, Pat's show and staff are the anti-Keith Olbermann. Keep it up guys, I quit supporting sports until I found this channel.

    • @@danev2001 That is a common debate, but the UFC pays more than any other MMA organization and the average salary for a fighter in the UFC is about 4.5 times that of the average salary of a professional boxer in the US. It's not even close. The UFC hasn't "lowered" salaries, they have steadily risen. The salaraies have been debated for years and no one choosing to become a professional MMA fighter is unaware of what it pays. If you know the pay and work towards that job as a goal, then sign a contract for a set rate to show and to win, how is anyone surprised at what they make? It was set in the contract that was signed before their first fight. If the contract is not acceptable, don't sign it and move on to something else. Thats how pretty much every other job works.

  • The problem is that Pat knows less about MMA than my gf. And hopefully he doesn't make the mistake of talking about fighters the same way people talk about fake wrestling -- because it's not the same and there are plenty of fighters who will kindly remind you of that. That said, Pat is hella charismatic -- so if he does the work and shows respect (like Jon Anik did), it could be dope.
