Привет 👋, я из России, Татарстан, город Казань. Вчера посмотрела ваше видео, сегодня приготовила😊. Из за сахара, омлет больше похож на бисквит, да и омлетом не назовешь, будто действительно бисквит. По вкусу , думаю, он подходит к чаю или к кофе. Нужно попробовать без сахара взбить, добавить только соль. Готовится легко. 👋😄
Мне тоже показалось, что с сахаром перебор. Наверное стоит попробовать, как обычный омлет, только пышный😊

Яйца слегка взбить венчиком добавить немного соли и молока.Так же под крышкой жарить и получится пышный омлет.
Омлет Пуляр. Без сахара. Красив, но во вкусе перед простым омлетом проигрыва ет. Если хочется выпендриться то самое то!
А если добавить разрыхлитель…!😊

@@tata-tata61 со сметаной это супер, положьте одну ложку муки, но жидкость вливайте в муку, закройте крышкой, потом переверните и испеките с обратной стороны, или положьте сыр на одну половинку, если есть мелко нарезанный лук и закройте второй половинкой, именно на сметане это класс!!Привет с Башкирии, с Уфы.

I'm from Indonesia, and the most delicious egg dish for me is "balado telur" (egg covered in chili sauce). The eggs can be boiled and later fried in oil, or you can make sunny side ones. Then, just put the sambal/chili sauce and fried together with the eggs for about a minute. What makes it special is the chili sauce (we called it sambal). Indonesia has many recipes for chili sauce, and I love sambal terasi to go with the eggs. It's perfect to eat with rice and kerupuk udang (shrimp crackers).

My husband and I love that dish from our local Indonesian restaurant. They call it telor balado. It is so good! Boiled eggs then fried, halved and covered in the sambal. Mmmm. Life is good.
