THE FAMOUS dessert that is driving the world crazy! No oven, with only 1 egg!
✔Ingredients:
2 bananas
20g butter
1 spoon of sugar
▪️for the dough:
1 egg
50g of sugar
8 g vanilla sugar
50 ml of oil
100 ml of milk
130g flour
20 g bitter cocoa
8 g baking powder

  • I've just made this. The result was pretty average. I picked a bunch of bananas this week, so have a LOT of bananas to use up and this recipe seemed like an option. It took about 8 of my bananas to cover the base of the pan (shorter fatter bananas) so that was helpful at least. My advice if you make this: Firstly, be very careful with the caramelisation of the sugar. I thought I had got it spot-on, but the residual heat in the pan slightly burnt it. Secondly, the chocolate cake turned out a bit leaden. My baking powder is fresh so that wasn't the problem. I think I started the cooking at too low a temperature, and after about 15 minutes had to turn up the heat because nothing much was happening. It would be much better to do this sort of thing in the oven (if you have one) so you can have a known temperature instead of trying to work out what "low fire" on the stovetop means exactly. I'll be using the oven in the future, and a better recipe.

  • Сегодня сделала этот десерт. Это божественно. Вкусно-превкусно! Бананы получаются как крем, нежные, десерт не сладкий, самое то. Я только какао не добавляла, не очень люблю шоколадный корж. Спасибо огромное за рецепт, это теперь мой самый любимый. И не сложный, минимум продуктов. Удачи. 🤗

  • I made it! But I ate the first "test" batch myself. I cook with flame and cast iron holds heat very well so I had to add some modifications to the recipe, otherwise I do like the chocolate, banana and vanilla together and it truly is easy!!! Thanks a bunch for sharing.

  • Cooking this right now. I think the batter probably needs more sugar, just based on taste, but I'll update when I get the end result and see how it works. I took some of the comments here about how the carmalized butter burned in the cooking and just got that started in the pan before tossing in the batter. I also add a tablespoon of water to the batter because mine was super thick. After adding the splash of water it looked spot on with the video.

    • Update. This came out trashed. Bottom burned, bananas stuck to the pan. I had it on a low-medium heat and toothpick came out clean after only cooking for like 12 minutes which I thought was odd. The cake batter was pretty average and without the bananas not sweet enough for sure. Very disappointed as I was really looking forward to this dessert.

  • Я бананы делаю бананы просто на сливочном масле,они сами сладкие, их подаю как гарнир к рыбе или с омлетом .Очень вкусно .Мука,какао,яйца,сахар- на три банана- перебор.

    • Ем бананы не часто и не перезревшие. Ем с хлебом как бутерброд или взбиваю миксером с молоком. Уж больно они сладкие.
