I have watched a lot of wood turning.. a lot has been beautiful…some not so beautiful…but this… this…. this is on a whole other level… by far the most beautiful piece I’ve seen.. and all I can say is … wow…WOW..

I come from a very long line of wood workers….my great great grandfather was a cabinet maker in New York… my grandfather was a boat builder.. I build cabinets and tables….also build custom dioramas for actions figures… I do a lot of resin pours…I love to build anything with my hands…but I would love to learn how to do wood turning.. it looks very relaxing… I have always wanted to try dried orange peels in a red resin .. Not sure if it will work, but a dragon scale egg if it worked would look cool to me..
I want to see it with light flowing thru from inside. I think it should be an ambience work of art
I have no idea what the hell it is, or what you would use it for.

Extraordinary work! What I like most of the video is that the only sounds are those of the working machines. Sometimes I get tired from the rethorics used by some wood workers. The music at the end is very nice and appropriate.

Working with fragrant wood, the sight of the magnificent grain, that really gives me intense pleasure and creates a great respect for nature. Casting all this in plastic takes the life out of the wood, it can no longer breathe and so the wonderful experience of wood or fragrant firewood becomes a piece of hazardous waste that cannot be returned to nature.
The resin is used to replace the glue, except that in addition it brings color and highlights the sometimes tarnished wood 😉
