    • Not just ukranians man, back in the day the USSR was ahead of everyone in sports, ask any strength and conditioning coach about it, periodization, special strength trainining, plyometrics, etc,etc almost everything comes from there.

    • In fact, not so much. Nothing phenomenal. Some of the names that you call are from Asia. Geographically, all these boxers cover half the world. And not Eastern Europe. And besides, I would single out Ukrainian boxers from this list: Usik, Gvozdik, Klitschko, Lomachenko. Because they are the best.

    • MrSwole951 golovkin is from qaraghandy, which has a European history and his dad was Russian and his mom is half Korean half kazakh. So he is 3/4 European and he had the best boxing program from the east European sowjet trainers.

    • Not to be peculiar but it would be rigo testing himself against loma not the other way around. Rigo is good but he's unjustifiable put on a pedestal due to his amateur career. This is the guy that barely got past drian Rodriguez and had to apologise for his performance. He's old and one dimensional.

  • In interviews Ive heard him call his dad the genius and its true the things he does to sharpen his mind and body are very clever and Im sure no other boxer has ever done this sort of thing.He my favourite fighter for sure,could watch him fight a new opponent every week,also like how he only wants to fight the best although they could have got him a harder fight lined up for this saturday,Im sure his next fight will be a better test.

  • What...actual rotation and shoulder external rotation in his training, amazing, his trainer knows what he's doing. There's typically way too much bilateral sagitall plane training in these sports when the sport requires more transverse than anything else.
