  • I just want to thank you guys so much. I struggle to exercise because I suffer from scoliosis. For years I’ve been off and on exercising. I can’t get to the place I want to be with my body due to horrific pain from picking up weights. It eventually becomes mentally exhausting, but I never give up. I came across your video a couple days ago and omg these exercises are so amazing for my hamstrings!!! I know I’m going to see results now! Thank yooooou guys !

I have purchased the recommended deep massager which I love and use it daily however & unfortunately I have not had relief. A top orthopedic surgeon recently advised me that the tear is actually a result of my back. Any thoughts as I already deal with severe rheumatoid arthritis.I’m desperate for relief. • Hey guys...I'm a 77 y. old woman with AS& ever since I had the hip replaced 2 1/2 years ago, I've been bothered by bursitis and pain in my butt ( that I thought was associated with the AS) but also there was pain from the outside of the leg radiating down to the back of the knee...like a toothache all the time. A recent MRI showed a torn middle hamstring muscle. Have you got any reasons why (have't participated in sports since was 25) it may be torn and are your exercises OK for me (if I'm able to do them...my mobility sucks).

She can pull her leg and move it side to side. Quadriceps work a bit. but she can't straighten her leg and she can't stand properly. Her hamstring muscles don't work either. Could you please help me? What should I do and what exercises can be given to her to improve her walking and her hamstring muscles?

  • I have a high hamstring strain from my last marathon. If I hadnt sprinted the last 200 yards to the finish line, I would probably have been ok, but you know how that goes -- you get caught up in the moment! The marathon was 5 days ago. If I had to guess, i'd say I'm maybe 75% healed. It no longer hurts to lift my leg or to climb up and down stairs. The worst part is sitting. I have a desk job. I've been setting an alarm on my phone to go off every 45 mins so that I remember to get up and move a bit. I've been alternating heat and ice packs 3 times per day. Do I have to wait for the pain to go away completely before I begin these these stretches and exercises? I wish I were more patient.

  • Nordic ham curl feels great. Full body tension required so almost a full body exercise, imagine beats planks by a mile. Glutes back lats stomach, clench Ur fists. I like to do hip thrusts while body at like a 30 degree angle, that's all my hamstrings can tolerate ATM.then do clap pushups and try to pause in the air as long as possible using hamstrings, then do drops trying squeeze hamstrings as tense as possible then use arms to walk bum to heels and do again. Only 2 sessions so far and that was a week or 2 ago but 3 rounds where each round is 30 seconds of each of the 3 types of exercises. 2 minutes break, thendo knees over toes elephant walks stretches. Don't know why I stopped, bit intimidated by how hard and so far from a full strong reverse hamstring curl. Imagine would be great for posture and all other lifts due to the amount of core and glute activation....I guess glutes working hard
