  • I worked with a nurse who was round shouldered or in a hunched shoulder position. I would go and gently pull her shoulders back so she was straight and did they several times until I realized that all I had to do was put my finger on her chin and push it back and her shoulders went into good position. Putting your head over your spinal column works beautiful

  • I just want to say thank you so much for your videos. I was diagnosed this past week with having an overly-straight neck with a pinched nerve (cervical radiculopathy in upper chest and left arm) and slight deterioration around C5, and at first it was a very upsetting and scary diagnosis (especially since I am only 30) but after watching your videos I feel prepared to help myself take care of my neck and spine so I can do as little further damage as possible. Thank you for all your videos, they're incredibly helpful and very informative.

My headaches and neck/back pain go away for a day or two, but always came back. But after less than a week of doing the gentler routines by Bob and Brad, my headaches are gone, same with the stiffness around my neck and shoulders! I can't thank you enough! Please do video on posture straps or braces and if they work. Husb MD suggested one but with no advice to stretch front chest area and strengthen upper back to help correct posture for neck pain. Heat can help too after to relax.

  • Subscribed! Thank you B&B. After quarantine 2 day hike almost killed me. 7 days in pain, 6 nights not sleep, at first self-healing, doing my routine stuff (I am a masseur, sport trainer - so I've been Guinea Pig for myself always), but this time not relieve at all, taking pills, doing all that time the things you showed are wrong (aggressively, feeling sharp pain). Interesting that it worked before. Not this time. OMG have many people I've said to do it that wrong way! Shame on me. Hope that your way will work, will let you know. If it will, I pay you beer!

It was all my fault tho, I was trying to watch this with the volume down so I didn't catch the part about not pulling so hard, also my towel was kinda thin. Pretty sure I was putting a lot of pressure on the arteries in my neck, like i said, all my ba boo 8+ content and its been very helpful for help me fix this painful back and neck.
