  • Bob I am sorry to hear about your diagnosis of ataxia. You’re an amazing PT and you’ve taught me much through your videos. I am applying to PT school now! Any case, best of luck to you with dealing with it and we’re here to support you if needed.

I got muscle relaxers got to a local physical therapist. I walked in with a cane walked out on my own. I was using a wheelchair in the house.

  • Thank you guys. Doesn't seem enough, but thank you from the bottom of my whole heart. I've had sciatica nerve shooting after being a carpet cleaner for 8 years, working 10-12 hour days. It stopped pinching the nerve after doing some relaxed standing and walking, months to a year later. I've never been able to balance both legs and hip since. My right side rides lower and starts to cramp. Thought it was my butt cheek. I've tried so many things over 3-4 years (except go to a doctor) and nothing has worked, except minor things like putting my feet and knees together and bending knees with arms out, putting feet up and sinking hips while pulling head back in a chair. I've watched 3-4 of your videos that gave me real hope. This hamstring one is the golden ticket, I feel. My hamstring is tight and leveraging my hip down and at an odd angle. Despite all of my own delusional self diagnosis, when I actually get mindful enough to fire my glutes a HUGE amount of pressure is reduced. I may be able to turn left soon... it was fun to say I have, "Zoolanders disease " though.

  • Bob & Brad, I can't even begin to tell you how much you've helped my family & I!!!!! GRATITUDE times infinity! We are so sorry to hear of Bob's Ataxia diagnosis. Our hearts' go out to you. I have researched & I am in the healthcare field. However, I feel a great number of your followers don't know what ataxia is & maybe (if Bob feels comfortable with explaining what it is) it would be helpful to followers, especially with others that may have symptoms, if you both did a video about it. Again, only if Bob is comfortable. Health conditions are a personal, even private issue, if person chooses & we the public MUST RESPECT that! Nevertheless, sending support & prayers to you both!

Enthusiastic after your video, I did a *fantastic* job with the bridge, creating a super trigger point in my left lats. 😂 It was hard to walk at first but is better now. I look forward to resuming the bridge (or one of the variations) perhaps with moderated enthusiasm…it helped a lot. lol

Makes sense it needs that type therapy. Also found Proteolytic enzymes effective in healing ligament/ Tendon tears. Anecdotal results, but works for me. Prone to high hamstring lesions due to breaststroke & butterfly.

I believe this is due for the last two years due the pandemic my work has mostly changed from being on my feet more and moving; to mostly sitting down on tasks. Thanks for the tips! And Bob hope your going to be ok? And if possible you along with Brad will develop some coping mechanisms for you to trail and use. Thanks for all the videos and recommendations that you both give. Remember Bob you have put us your subscribers health and therefore our Well Being first for a long time now! that goes for you as well Brad! Now is the time to put both of your health and well being first! • Thank you Brad and Bob for showing exercises for glutes using resistance bands. I was not familiar with any of the exercises you are demonstrated and now I have new workouts to look forward to. Always watch your show lol🙏🏽🙏💜

  • I think I have glute amnesia. I struggle to stand from sitting. I just started a functional training class to help with that problem. Glad to her my problem has a name and I will definitely incorporate the exercises suggested in your show. Thank you! PS I am 78. The oldest in my class along with one that has a walker. No excuses most everyone can improve.

  • Sorry to hear Bob. Thanks for all the great info. I didn’t know to keep your back straight while stretching hamstrings. I always rounded my back. I wonder why that is a big no-no?

  • I learned something today and I had a hunch that this was a problem. Having hamstring issues and I T band issues I used to hold my but and walk at home. Haha. The issues disappeared momentarily. Now I know a sagging bottom is worth fixing. Thanks you two adorables
