  • Keep pressure on the turkey baster bulb when you pull out of the liquid, should keep the liquid inside the tube portion.

  • Occasionally I hold my plate like that, with one hand against my chest when I'm trying to use the other hand to take care of something else for a short moment. It's not to difficult, but keeping it balanced is not super easy. Helps to do these things often. I'm not a fan of things like ribs, steak, etc, but I'm gonna see what else you got for videos. This one was pretty good.

  • Squeeze the baster outside of the liquid. Insert tip halfway into the liquid release baster bulb to suck up the fat. Take the baster out of the pan straight up do not tilt it or the liquid will shoot out like it did. Keeping it straight up will allow it to "hold" the liquid a little longer while you transfer it to a bowl.

    • In my videos I use briquettes because it is easier to explain how I get the dutch oven to a certain temperature. When we are camping or just out by the fire pit I use the coals and logs from the fire. I really like the Sweet Baby Ray's, we use it a lot. Thank you very much for watching my video and commenting.

    @kurtdraeger352@kurtdraeger352 Жыл бұрын
    • I always cook country style ribs for over an hour around 300 give or take. Bone in chicken thighs take about 35 minutes at 350, so I'd put the chicken in about half way into the cook and everything should be done when the chicken gets over 165. Thank you very much for watching.
