The main goal of this video is to offer and teach this version of the Chicken Marbella recipe. It's secondary goal is to offer an incorporated how-to for those that need a bit of guidance on cooking:
1. In more than one Dutch oven at a time

Thanks much friend! Ready on this winter to let go so I get get out there and do a few more cooks. Working on a breakfast recipe...a casserole kinda breakfast...and a cobbler. Thanks for the comments!!
Excellent!!! Thans for thre guidance!!!
Wonderful! Hope you enjoy this one! It’s one of my favorites!
I've also never seen that shaking the charcoal chimney trick to mix the coals..... VERY cool! I'll be trying that out the next time!
I’ve noticed over the years that those bottom briquettes really get hot and are often burned down much more than the top ones. So, I shake it a bit to cycle them about. Tips: 1) leave a bit of headspace in the chimney to keep from accidentally tossing one or three out. 2) be careful in the dry months. Those sparks go everywhere! Cheers!!
At 00:11:17 your graphic under the temperatures, the graphic says, "morning glory or nightshade family" which means you'd cook sweet potatoes (morning glory) or regular potatoes (nightshade) at the same temperatures? I like the style and content of your video and you've earned a new subscriber!
Absolutely. I wanted to differentiate the two to avoid the confusion. Sweet or white: I bake both the same. I’m working on a camp Dutch oven recipe for Sheppard Pie. Not quite sure how I’ll handle the potatoes yet. Feeling like I should bake them first but then…we’ll see…work in progress.
