    • I have the same feeling too. Dimash pulled me out of stress and anxiety from sleepness work. I stumbled on him looking for light music and there Dimash compilation of all Igor Krutoys’ compositions. My journey started from reading his wikipedia to keep me on the right track. Truly Dimash is a lovely person and artist. He is a musical bridge to meet friends without borders.

  • Dimash said that his voice never went through the change that most teen boys go through so he can still hit the high notes that he has sang all his life. His Mother is a famous soprano in a national opera company in their home country. His Grandmother realized when he was 3 y/o that he was a natural at singing & got him a singing coach. At the time of these performances, he had been singing for over 20 years. He didn't become this talented sitting on his butt playing video games. He has worked HARD!!! He calls his fans his Dears because they are dear to his heart!!! ♥️ ❤️ ♥️

    • Hi, he is still working very hard. He is training his vocals about three hours every day.

      @birgittas9753@birgittas97532 жыл бұрын
    • He never said that his voice didn't change, because it did. Dimash said that he was able to maintain his high notes through that change, when his voice change he got the low notes and it's what gave him even more range. It's not some magic. He work super hard to keep his high notes and it wasn't easy at all. Saying that his voice didn't change is diminishing all the work he and his teachers did to keep his range through what is very difficult and stressful time for any young male singer.

Now here we are 4 years later, you're having fun and we're having fun watching you. I'm glad that you never lose track of how much work Dimash has done to make it look so easy that we can just be delighted by him and laugh in amazement. I can't wait until the next one, thanks!

  • Dimash can sing anything, any genre, any language, any octave(s)! Dimash's father surprised (came from Kazakhstan) him after this performance. Dimash said that he probably wouldn't have been so 'cheeky' if he had known! Thank you, you are at the beginning of your Dimash journey. We have all felt like you! And the thing is, it doesn't matter how many songs you hear/see him perform, you will ALWAYS be surprised and amazed each and every time. The answer to your question of 'how' is that he has literally been singing/training/performing each and every single day of his life. He sings all the time. He never stops singing! :D He is the best singer on the planet!

  • Dimash has seriously been studying music and singing since he was five years old, thus singing through puberty and able to retain that high register and develop his manly range. He has been studying even through university. Much more dedication than what effort is given in the west.

  • It's talent and training but also Dimash thinks music 30 hours a day, he eats music for breakfast, he breathes music, he swims in music. That's why he can do all every genre, every style, if it's music he can do it if he wants to.

  • OOOO!! I Loved seeing Dimash back stage just before being announced! THAT WAS SO COOL! Before he turns on that Super human thing :) this is SO COOL...that MAN IN THE AUDIENCE DOING THE "SHHH" THING WITH HIS FINGER TO HIS MOUTH, IS DMASH'S DAD - he flew in to surprise Dimash!! Dimash DOES NOT know he is in the audience UNTIL HE SPOTS HIM WHILE TAKING HIS BOW!!! HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A LOVE LIKE THAT BETWEEN A FATHER AND A SON? I NEVER NEVER HAVE, NOT IN MY LIFE OR IN ANYONE ELSES. THEY REALLY HAVE A VERY SPECIAL LOVING CONNECTION!! SO BEAUTIFUL TO SEE! By the way there is this GREAT interview with his VOICE teacher on KZhead. He said that at one point he was worried because Dimash was "addicted" to Falsetto singing. The teacher was NOT!!! happy about it as it's not academically acceptable and this was some famous music academy that his Grandmother first brought him to at age 5. Dimash was the youngest student ever accepted at age 5. So the teacher made known to Dimash his concern about his "addiction" to Falsetto singing. The teacher laughs as he tells the story that as he approached school each day he could hear Dimash singing loud and at FULL VOICE in Falsetto in the upstairs of the school "but somehow he (Dimash) could ALWAYS sense my arrival, and Dimash would stop just before I entered the school ...silence!....I have always wanted to ask him how he knew I was coming". SO DIMASH HAS BEEN BUILDING AND BUILDING AND WORKING AND WORKING HIS FALSETTO/HEAD VOICE TO BE JUST AS POWERFUL AND RANGE INCLUDING AS MOST MALE SINGERS SPEND TO DEVELOP THEIR CHEST VOICES. And so as I listened to this story I thought THIS IS SOMETHING THAT MOST male TRAINING SINGERS DON'T DO, WHICH IS SPEND A HUGE AMOUNT OF TIME DEVELOPING THEIR FALSETTO AND HEAD VOICE RANGE TO BE AS POWERFUL AND STAMINA STRONG AS THEIR CHEST AND MID RANGES.....FROM A YOUNG AGE!!!.....I BET BECAUSE HE TRAINED IT TO BE SO POWERFUL FROM SUCH A YOUNG AGE for such a LARGE part of his daily training THAT IS IN PART, IN ADDITION TO GENETICS, WHY HE CAN DO ALL THIS AMAZING STUFF.....TRAINING SERIOUSLY SINCE 5....HE HAS A FAMOUS DRAWING THAT HE DID AT 4 OF HIM ON STAGE WITH MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS VERY WELL DRAWN BY THE WAY....HE DREW THIS TO SHOW HIS PARENTS WHAT HE WANTED TO DO WITH HIS LIFE! (Parents are professional singers - Mom Opera, Dad Pop and music producer)..

  • He is very very humble. At his concert in New York, he repeatedly talked about how it was his dream to perform on a big stage in New York and to share his culture and music with fans from around the world. He sang a traditional song Daididau and the sold out crowd at the Barclays tried their best to sing it with him in his language. He was so emotional but most endearing was that he thought nothing of getting on his knees and bowing to the audience as tears filled his eyes. He is so gracious, and so appreciative. Certainly something we do not see often. If you would be interested in seeing it, I can find the link. It is a fan cam, but a very very close and good one as it caught the tears and emotions, right down to his intake of breath, the way he repeated things just so he could stand and listen to the audience. The most touching moment of the entire night. 3 hours seemed like only 30 minutes.

    • What a beautiful comment. Thank you. I wasn't at the NYC concert, but I've watched it many times, and I can't tell you how many times I've teared up just seeing him realize so many of his dreams. And of course, we are all here to cheer him on as more and more of them come true. His gratitude and humility is so moving and endearing. Gosh, how I adore him. ❤

    • @@Monica-sw9ld Oh I do as well. I was blessed to be there and I was in tears because he was so happy. I have so much respect for him and his family. You could just feel how important it was for him and most of it most likely to make his parents, grandparents and country proud.

    • Being from New York, I never tire of watching Dimash's Arnau concert at the Barclay's Center - and I cry each and every time I get to this part! How could you NOT love Dimash?! 😍😍😍😍😍 #DEAR4DIMASH4LIFE

  • GidKid, Dimash: 20 years of vocal training, 3 hours daily practice (except for performance day and a day after) healthy food (does not drink cold liquids, only warm ones), physical exercise, swimming, underwater breathing exercises and keeping healthy mind and total dedication to music , give this kind of vocals and difficult songs doesn’t strain tired throat and voice. Vocal cords are muscle and just like muscles you can do exercise. And his concerts, he sing live for over 3 hrs and sings perfect. . His presence on stage is amazing and he continues to surprise us all. And yes, his humility and his sensitivity remain intact. Greetings from a Mexican Dear!....👏🏻🇲🇽❤️🇰🇿

  • I envy that you are beginning this journey. Dimash is one of a kind, humble, hard working (he started musical training at 5 years old), naturally gifted. He sings in 12 languages, he is fluent in Russian, Kazakh, almost fluent in English and Chinese. Plays, piano, Dumbra, guitar, bass, and drums. He composes and writes music. You should listen to as much as you can. You will never be disappointed.

  • Well, if you have 22 years of practice, you can do anything. That's what DIMASH did practicing 3+ hours a day with a teacher. You should do the same so I can enjoy your singing.

These children put so much pressure and stress on themselves to achieve perfection its unbelievable, and their drive...there is no stopping them. Without Dimash having strong support at home he would break down. Kudos to his loving parents for bringing this beautiful child in front of the world and sharing his gifts!
