Another awesome reaction! Dimash had no idea his "papa" was there, and he said he was a little embarrassed of his performance, because had he known, he wouldn't have flirted with the audience so much. It didn't matter in the end. He had fun, the audience had fun, papa had fun, and the reunion at the end was the cherry on top! Nice chair, by the way!!!

Dimash's dad is almost always with Dimash, but he was called home for business, He was able to come back and surprised him.. Vitas attempted to sue Dimash, didn't work, but Dimash agreed not to sing it again....Vitas...lipsinc and falsetto...Dimash..head voice and Live.....Funny how when he sang a Lara Fabian and a Celene Dion song...they contacted him and congratulated him...There are good people in every field and then again some who are not....

The moment where Dimash spots his father is my favorite of any moment in any Dimash video. I agree, it was SO genuine. And the hug is just icing on the cake. I am so glad you played the video past the end of the song. So many people who react to this performance stop way too soon.
For me this was the first time to see the rest of the video, with the son and the father meeting. Yet, I've seen the song maybe 200 times.

Dimash sang this song several times on local tv in his country with no problem....but after this was seen internationally Vitas forbids Dimash to sing his song. (cause Dimash was 100 % better LOL) i NEVER heard of Vitas until Dimash- not impressed by his attitude. In contrast- Lara Fabian heard Dimash sings quite a few of her songs and wanted to meet him and sang with him in NOV. That is a confident singer :-)
Unlucky for Vitas, Dimashs performances will forever live on in the internet for the world to see and then read that Vitas forbade him to sing the song (better). Thus making people realize to ignore Vitas. :D What an idiot. :D
To be fair to Vita's. That was not him, but his producer.
Threatened to be sued if he ever performed this song again has kept him from singing it in public, but it doesn't even matter anymore. As long as this performance is available in video for the masses, Dimash will always be credited for taking Vitas' song to an entirely new level.

We all know that Dimash is on another level. But even Lara Fabian is, not only musically, but also humanly. It is very in tune with Dimash's sensitivity.
Yes! Father-Son interaction at the end was one of the best part of clip! I watched it (emotionally) many times and you can see the love they have for each other! Reminding us that Dimash is still young and vulnerable and yearns for his parents presence and support... It is known by many how Dimash loves his family and it shows... ❤️❤️❤️
I never saw the version with the after-performance. My dad passed away 1.5 years ago and I teared seeing him and his dad. Yes. Very genuine and that moves me.

I always wonder if he is feeling quite giggly in this performance, his first after becoming an overnight sensation in China. Suddenly finding himself with adoring fans and needing bodyguards must have been a crazy moment for him. I've not seen another performance of his that has quite the same aura about it - not that I think he's better in this, ( I adore every performance and Dimash's many different personas), just that there is something different about him.

I often watch videos of his parents being videoed. Dimash lived in China for 3 years only coming home occasionally. Then he headed home when the quarantine began. They say he has been very artistically busy while home. They are a fabulous family. They have a family moto. "The family where love reigns" They said earlier that his grandparents who raised him until 10 (Kazak tradition for the first born son have been desperately missing him while abroad. When he is abroad, he longs to get home and just lay down in his grandmothers lap We need them to teach parents in the US how to raise children.
Dimash is 191cm height (6 ft 3") that's why he got big hands I guess ahah
I have a friend who also has graceful, beautiful hands and long, thin fingers. I've noticed that pianists and violinists usually have this feature. As I know Dimash is a multi-instrumentalist and has been playing the piano since he was a child, so it all fits together. He is primarily a creative person and a musician 😏

I am a Vitas fan, disappointed that He will stop Dimash to sing this song, I discover this song that Dimash perform, in last 20 years many try to sing this song in competition, but no one sings better than Vitas, since Dimash comes. change the history, Chines make Dimash dress up like that, and also make him looks like a flower boy, that what Asian singers used to do like that but it suits Dimash anyway, because He become a super star in China, and now getting bigger in the world, I am a dear since I found him, in my opinion, He is the best singer, because no body sings like him in all type of vocal in one song, I follow him everyday though. thanks for your reaction.
Vitas did not SING, he squalled! Because he does not have the quality voice as Dimash has.

After this performance, producer Vitas filed a lawsuit against Dimash. Due to the use without permission of this song. Vitas's producer, Sergei Pudovkin, called Dimash a parodist with thieves' concepts and said that the trial, if Dimash Kudaibergenov did not ruin, would certainly bury his "fake" work. “I will never allow myself to listen and buy fakes. It's like buying a fake bag to my wife in the passage or a shirt sewn in the basement by a guest worker. When a person takes someone else’s song, someone else’s text and goes out in public, performing someone else’s work, it seems to me that creatively, it’s a funeral. To begin his career with a fake, stealing someone else’s material is at least a crime. Vitas, unlike this person, writes his songs, works on his program and his music. Thank you so, so much for this reaction. This is one of my favourite clips, and I think you are only the second reactor that actually watched the whole thing. Most reactors skip the ends of clips and they are only looking at how he sings and not what follows the performance, and they miss so much of what is Dimash's essence. I absolutely love that moment where he sees his father and I don't know that there are many singers out there who would have reacted to their father being there in such a genuine show of emotion of father/son love.
It just blows me away that Dimash is clearly the best vocalist in the world, yet he is so humble and down to earth.
Exactly what I commented on the full episode of The Singer. Imagine taking a song which only a handful of people can even attempt, completely making the original look like child's play, in front of god knows how many people watching live and on tv, but the highlight is that your Dad showed up?! @@BoostdReviews Just to tell you the reason Dimash did that staccato thing was to prove he wasn't lip syncing or using auto-tune. Also if you noticed in the last round his vibrato muscles were working strong enough to bounce his head. Also I am giving you an alternate video of the same performance. It shows the green room and what his competitors were saying. You also get to see the moment he saw his dad. (включил видео на 11:17 на повтор стаккато) -О, Боже мой! (поставил на паузу на 11:41) -Этот человек (Димаш) выглядит, как будто он собирается сделать другую (следующую) смену ключа. Это было уже и так высоко, о он сделал стаккато с вибрато. Мы собираемся активизировать режим кресла, чтобы сделать лежанку, если он пойдет туда, куда я думаю. Похоже, что он собирается (нажал на кнопочку на кресле, включил видео на 12:06) -Я собираюсь активизировать (кресло) и подготовиться. (на четвертом вокализе Димаш идет максимально высоко на 12:08, Мэтью откидывает спинку кресла и «поплыл» по комнате с поднятыми вверх руками. @@user-zj4ui9dm2d They decided in Dimash's favor, because it was up to China Bts to obtain the licenses for a song,,, and they allegedly asked the relevant authorities to do so,,, so the lawsuit was exhausted,,, that's all I know. And the fact that he called it a parody is his professional jealousy.

Ольга Юрченко I prefer artists that sing live like Dimash. Vitas writes good songs definitely (as does Dimash) but I don’t care for all the lip syncing vitas does. I know it’s so he won’t ruin his voice. I just prefer artists that don’t pantomime. Like I said vitas has many good moments and Dimash was doing a tribute to him as someone he looked up to. Salty because Dimash KILLLED it.

I remember Vitas doing Opera II more than a decade ago, I love the video Vitas has with him singing it, but I know Dimash has topped Vitas' version. Without going to the Vitas video, I think you are on the money about our man here starting in a higher key. For me, one of the most enjoyable things watching this is how he plays with the audience by the smiles and pointing the mic towards them. I still get video links in my email from Vitas all these years later. But then we have you with your reactions in Dimash and the many, many things you point out to us is why I enjoy your channel so much. Things like the lights, the many things Dimash is doing with his voice, etc. You, young man (I'm about to turn 64), are one of the best with your reactions and knowledge of music!
I've seen Vitas' version, but it didn't give me the same vibe as Dimash. Vitas was darker and seemed more arrogant, whereas Dimash was excited to show his skills, like he was giving a gift to the audience.

Dimash and his dad love each other so much. There is a video out there...a behind the scenes...of them after his Bastau concert...his first solo one....of his dad hugging dimash and just sobbing and sobbing. Oh, my gosh. I sobbed too! They are all so proud of him!

Dimas went up 3 times after original This is Vitas song, well know in China!!! Vitas was upset... But Vitas come from opera school to pop mussik. Dimash has classical training still do better then Opera singers. All stars in the world have to understand that Dimash is not putting down anybody. He will always sound better then original becous he can, he is phenomenal!!! after you react on this, you can Google Vitas Opera2 jast to see original. Till Dimash come in are world, Vitas was big star to mix opera and pop. I don't like Vitas, he loves him self more then any body. Dimash is amazing human, singer, and much more. You will see💕

If I'm not mistaken, what I heard when I first saw this about a year or so ago was that Dimash wanted to go home and his father basically told him that he was quitting whatever it was he was doing and staying with and supporting Dimash 100%.

Мэтью на все согласен, кроме молока. НЕ присылайте Мэтью молоко (шутка). По предыдущим реакциям мы уже видели, как Мэтью от избытка чувств «плавает на спине» по полу. Теперь новое кресло можно превратить в лежанку и «плавать» на нём и вместе с ним. «Мне нравится случайное скольжение по полу…». Показал, как «плавал» раньше, и как удобно на кресле сейчас. Звук происходит из ниоткуда. Вы даже не слышите, как он начинает эту записку. Я этого не слышу. Мы вроде бы должны услышать это начало - мёртвая тишина просто медленно и равномерно исчезает в ноте. Это просто безумие. (видит зрителей в зале) -Получают этот первоначальный шок. (видит Димаша в проигрыше) -Приятное шоуменство (на 7:53 во время второго куплета обратил внимание на длинные пальцы Димаша, поставил на паузу и порассуждал о пальцах; включил видео на 8:17, на громких нотах) -(Голос) гораздо более полный, чем я помню… (поставил на паузу перед первым вокализом на 8:43) -Я знаю, что он собирается войти в это снова здесь, потому что я знаю песню. Его реакции приятны и интересны, всё подмечает. 👍Это видимо профессиональное, он ведь фотограф, а фотограф это почти оператор-постановщик. Они ведь учатся правильно ставить свет и цвет, работают с моделями или клиентами и т.д. Возможно музыкант и певец к тому же. В общем творческий человек🙂

i really enjoy your reactions, You are very real and amazingly observant. if you went to a magic show you would kill the magician because you would see everything that was happening. OP2 is my go to song when i want my spirits lifted. i love how he teases the audiance, his facial expressions are amazing, You can tell how much enjoyment and fun he is having singing this song and he knows that he will blow them away. As you, i love when his dad shows up. Dimash is such a pure heart and never feels embarrassed to show his feelings i love that. i love when he hugs his dad and lifts him off the ground. he is just jumping for joy. he is so excited. by the way D is a very huggy person and has many times lifted people off the floor and twirl them around. all so D did such a good job that he was forbiden to sing that song again. i believe someone's ego got trashed. Because, Dimash is definitely not just the best male vocalist in the whole world. Dimash is much more than that! Dimash’s wonderful personality and (which is clearly evident in Dimash’s family relationships and in his relationship with other people) create in me a firm belief that Dimash is not just a musical genius, but that Dimash is also a kind of “God’s Gift” to people all over the world. helped to "reset" all his ... not only musical, but also all his value criteria. I had had a hard day as well, but knew that at the end of the day would have the Episode of Woah My Gosh Dimash Wednesday with Matt and Mocha. Any Dimash's song would be a fantastic remedy to my problems, but Dimash's Opera 2 was a triple, no, quadruple bonus! I love that performance with the special ending:-)

Hi Bud, Awesome reaction and yeah when Dimash left home for the comp in China his dad had commitments and told him he would be there as soon as he could … he only missed ep1 but as you say the joy on Dimash's face when he spotted him is brilliant. Vitas version cant begin to compare with this (almost always synched anyway!) after seeing this performance Vitas threatened Dimash with a lawsuit if he sung it again!! 👌👌👌😃😃
