In Russian if you protest against the war it’s a prison sentence, if you call it a “War” on social media or in public it’s a prison sentence, if you resist the conscription it’s a prison sentence, if you disobey an order to fight in Ukraine it’s prison sentence, if you surrender to Ukrainian forces when you are returned to Russia it’s a prison sentence; that’s why they are leaving.
Actually - and I'm not sure if it's true - the only consequence of ignoring the conscription is a 1,000-5,000 ruble fine. It's considered an "administrative" offence, not a felony or even a misdemeanor

The only truth is that it was better for her to leave the country in the given circumstances They've been attacking with 150k army against 1.000k Ukranian army before that mobilization with 1000+ km frontline. After 300k+ new soldiers will join this fight it will be much easier for Russia to continue their offense. Even if this measure will become ineffective (I'm sure it will definitely have a positive effect for russians) there's no way Russia with their nuclear power (100% largest and most advanced nuclear power or 2nd largest) can lose this war even if all of the western countries send all their weapons and ammo. Losing is not an option for them, idk why we keep sending weapons that lead to more and more deaths as if it had any real positive effect at all.

Keep in mind that the ones protesting now are protesting against going _themselves_ to the war. They were silent since the beginning of the war, they do not care about Ukrainian being killed and tortured by ruSSian soldiers. The good, brave Russians are the ones who protested in February and March, when the war started. The ones who protest now are simply egoistic pro-war people.

In pursuit of prestige to feed their vanity, they desire the fantasy of a resurrected Soviet Union by using force to subjugate Russia's neighbors. *When these hostilities end and Russians change their tune, we should not forget who Russians really are.* They aren't protesting Russia's actions on the basis of morality or similar, they oppose them out of their own selfish desires - economics, fear of being conscripted, etc.
