This Floyd fight doesn’t gets its respect an underrated performance from Floyd mayweather that people forgets about
Because this was a cherry pick 'c' level opponent. Easy to forget because it should never have happened. Philipp N'Dou was a no-name opponent.
Yh but you didnt see N'dou's performance before Floyd@@MrMarco855

That Counter Pull is a thing of sheer genius and God given ability.. the timing the speed the precision is world Class
Floyd's speed at this weight was crazy. Tagged this dude with lead crosses all night
Masterclass from Floyd but Ndou deserves respect for his heart. I love how he emptied the clip in the 5th knowing the end was near. You can live with a loss but living with a loss with half a gas tank still in reserve will eat at you. Leave it all in the ring.
Great fight between both
N'dou had heart, more heart than is good for him. Mayweather always makes you feel sorry for his opponent...
Masterclass from Floyd, but I respect N'Dou's heart! Kept swinging in that brutal beating

Floyd’s straight right is the most accurate, sweetest punch in boxing history.
Floyd's defense at 16:50 is simply awe-inspiring! He lets Ndou just lay on him, flailing away, while Mayweather catches blow after blow on his elbows, his shoulders, he ducks punches, slips blows...Anyone who doesn't know that Floyd Mayweather is one of the very greatest practitioners of the sweet science just doesn't appreciate the art of boxing.

Followed that defense up with some huge shots in succession. Just simply the best!
Fighting chumps it's easy to look good. This guy had no business fighting Floyd but that's who Floyd picked, all cherries.

I love that Left jab to the body. It was a thing of beauty.
Floyd is top 3 all time speedy boxers man Jesus...that shoulder roll and counter punching is unmatched!
Mr. N'Dou has a lot of heart. Mr. N's corner should of thrown in the towel in the fifth round 🙄.
At first I disliked Floyd. But I was ignorant and listened to haters. I'm happy that I've come to realize Floyd is an incredibly talented, driven, and inspirational legend of boxing and entrepreneurship.

Will never forget this fight, it was the first boxing match I ever went to. Never realized how LOUD a fight was. Probably the last time a crowd actually cheered for Floyd, because it was in Grand Rapids. The moment he knocked him out, I ran out to beat the crowds, went out the front door of the arena and it was pouring rain.
It's amazing HOW MUCH more aggressive Mayweather was in his younger years Way more offensive Not 'just' defense like his 30's and after Always a sight to see The difference
No flat foot was ever going to be a problem with someone that defensively driven, great fighter, best ever defense yep
Yep this does prove that dynamite surely comes in small packages🎉 well done to both fighters we appreciate your heart here at home N'dou❤
What speed... Lead , counter, defend, combination punching. Almost perfect
Greatness🔥🔥🔥
Philip came from a country with not much as the US..I can tell floyd was confused a bit by his style and respect to Philip for being a worries meanwhile it's not his crowd
Ndou threw north of 50 jabs look how Floyd neutralized it. Either a check hook or a body jab , with his own jab and of course the lead straight right hand over the jab ! All I can say is #TBE
Let nobody say that Ndou did not lose like a warrior. He gave it everything he had, but Mayweather is just something different.
Took Floyd hitting him about 20 times in the last 15 seconds to take him out. The man took a respectable beating.
Good stoppage.
Someone having the hand speed to land triple crosses is insane by grace.
My money is on the black fighter with the black shorts and black gloves.
He lived it all the way ,the highest skill i ever seen ever
I put this era and version of Floyd against anyone, it's hard to pick against him.. he's the most complete boxer with very little to no holes in his game and defense.. I always tell people to go watch this fight when they complain that Floyd didn't fight or " engage" yes he did . He just got smarter as he aged and knew to pick his spots.. the game of hit and not be hit.. Master class

Bro this guy was giving Floyd a pretty decent fight with the commentators LED you to believe that Floyd with destroying this guy all the way up to the fifth round and he wasn't I just watch the fight that guy was given Floyd the same thing Floyd was given him but sense Floyd was a HBO fighter they had to magnify everything Floyd dead and downplay everything the other guy did. If you was, if you was listening to that fight on the radio in the fifties you would have thought Floyd with about to kill this guy up until the 6th round but up until the 5th or 6th round this guy was giving Floyd that same thing Floyd was giving him but the commentators made it seem like for it was beating the brakes off of this guy and that would not what I just saw. So please please respond to me I want to hear what you have to say

Hey hold up up and around 5 the commentating was not matching what was really going on in that ring remember Floyd was a HBO fighter the way they was talkin like Floyd was absolutely destroying this guy and I was not seen that that guy was given Floyd the business so whoever don't believe me I understand. Just let me give you an example I watched the first Canelo Alvarez and Triple G fight and it was no sound to it then I watched it the next day with some sound to it and the commentators the stuff they were saying was not matching what I was saying so beautiful a very careful when you watch a fighter fight on the network that has the main commentators in that fight. Because they will convince you that that guy that the network has the most interest in they will convince you that that guys winning by just their words and subconsciously you will stop believing that their guy is winning or is beating the crap out of the other guy and it's really not going that way.
This lead hand control its was the key to win this fight

N'Dou won 3 of the first 4 rounds. The announcer called a lot of punches for Floyd that didn't land. After the first round the announcer said this was the number 1 ranked welterweight, but N'Dou was actually ranked #10. This is how they made Floyd look good. He cherry-picked bums, they lied about his ranking, then they called punches for Floyd that didn't land.

@@akbarshabazz-jenkins7847 @AKBARSHABAZZ- He's the biggest cherry picker ever. His resume is full of 'c' level fighters. Look atvthe names he fought when he was between 25 and 30 and in his prime. All chumps.
@@MrMarco855 It's not Mayweather's fault other boxers' primes don't last longer than they do, nor should he be focused more on appeasing the masses than himself, his career, his family, and his money. Mayweather is a narcissist and truly believes he's TBE. There's a reason he's the most financially successful boxer of all-time - he's a business man just as much as he is a boxer. What's he supposed to say, "Oh, I better go fight this guy because he might be out of his prime in a few years..."? C'mon man. Narcissists like him aren't worried about any of that nonsense. What I also find hilarious is how his haters can never seem to agree on why they don't consider him to be a great fighter. It's either guys like you who say he was ducking fights and cherry picking his opponents, or others who say he cheats by paying the refs and judges. Which is it? Because if it's the latter, then that wipes away the whole cherry picking argument since it wouldn't really matter who he fights or doesn't fight because he's a cheater. At this point, it doesn't matter anymore altogether. Opinions have been formed and there's NOTHING that will ever change those opinions. The problem for guys like you, though, is that his legacy of being one of the GOATS has already been cemented by people's opinions who actually matter, not folks like us arguing back in forth in the comment section of KZhead.
@@akbarshabazz-jenkins7847 Boxing Legends , great trainers , opponents , speculators and everyone with a great boxing mind talks about him as an ATG...
Many people who know (of) Floyd unfortunately only know of the last 5-6 fights of his career where he was forging cherry-picked spectacles instead of boxing matches. Or they hated his personality and he is still too recent for them to rank higher. For most of his career, fighting championship level opponents, he was perhaps the greatest pound-for-pound fighter in history. He had blistering hand speed, prolific offense, jaw-dropping accuracy, perfect defense, a spectacular chin and recovery, the ability to measure when finishing an opponent instead of just flailing bombs, and a mind to calculate and adjust better than even Crawford is credited with today. He could fight at range, center of the ring, against the ropes, or in close and win the majority of exchanges. None of the greats from his weight range in history would KO him, I can guarantee that, and they wouldn't have levels up on him in any area of athleticism. No amount of heart can overcome the cool, precise destruction of a superior fighter. Yes, N'Dou showed a bunch of heart by throwing whatever he had instead of caving in, but real life isn't a boxing movie, and that just won't get it done. If we are talking prime, healthy versions of "Barbados" Joe, Emile Griffith, Jose Napoles, Ray Leonard, Henry Armstrong, Ray Robinson, and Floyd Mayweather Jr. in a round-robin tournament, I wouldn't be surprised if Floyd walked away winning the majority or even all of them.
South African boxing appears to have stagnated at the level of fundamentals, with little progression beyond that. To this day, there has been no significant change; it's still just the basic one-two, straight-right combination.
