The best use i see is you could put up a wallpaper behind the tv, so that when its not ON, you don't just see a huge black rectangle on your wall. 55-65inch TV's are huge and when turned off hinder the aesthetics of the room. Although tony-esq glasses or goggles would be hella cool

I can’t see this being practical for you’re actual television other than having a “wow” factor, but for things like augmented reality or dashboard displays this seems great.

The transparent oled would be great for advertisements and company information at the entrance etc. I think that would be one of the main locations where we can spot them later. ... Bus stops, now transparent and with ads

My only concern with OLED is the burn-in problem. Still waiting for improvements in that regard as I use my TV for video games a lot and the static game elements like HUD, etc have been shown to cause burn-in images over time. :(

@@Naldi01 not blurry but pretty dim because oleds are already somewhat transparent but kind of opaque, if there's a lot of light the picture can come out decent, that's why optical fingerprint scanners shine a light so bright on your finger.
