This is Lucid’s brand-new special edition sedan, the Air Sapphire. With 1,234 HP, it does a seriously impressive 0-60 mph in 1.89 seconds and has a top speed of 205mph.
On top of being ridiculously fast, it also has a range of 427 miles on a single charge!
Today, Alex takes the Lucid for a test drive to see how fast this four-door sedan really is. Let us know what you think in the comments!

  • Nicely designed and priced, that’s exactly what other brands need to comprehend, I kinda don’t need the umbrella, but they should get permission from the four-ringed one to have a nice veranda for a picnic, the lid should allow for a decent shade. Way to go Lucid, thx SB.

  • It's an amazing car, I want it more than any other car realistically. Just the price tag is quite hefty for something that isn't too luxurious on the inside regardless of power. I feel like all it really needs is a glass roof option, some better ambient lighting, double pane windows and a nice sound system. That'll just help it feel like a more luxurious experience. And maybe that back seat storage could be refrigerated?

  • those wheel covers by the way are just fancy "hubcaps". Also is 430 range in sapphire mode. The Base air is over 500 miles, and I know lucid can go over 600.
