Then, for reasons I still don't understand, we invited foreign people and powers to just simply apply politely and walk in instead. We now have entire sections of Britain which are populated and even wholly managed by foreign forces, sections of which the indigenous people would not dare walk into in their own country. Why was this situation ever allowed to even be promoted let alone become a reality.

Years of being told we should be accepting of others whilst being told we should be ashamed of our own culture and history. Years of being told the Union Jack represents colonialism whilst being encouraged to fly the flags others, years of having to accept the colonisation of our towns and cities whilst we are forced to give grovelling apologies for our colonial history ,which most of don't condone and none of us are guilty of. Years of us being told that when we go there we are "colonizers" but when they come here it is "multiculturalism". All of those years have beaten down British pride in our culture to point were our own capitol city, our own, beautiful London, that our Grandparents fought for is now barely inhabited by the English. We have labelled those who have stood up as hateful far right Nazis. So I'm sorry to say that there are no longer any "stiff Englishmen". Just emasculated men, who dare not show pride in their flag, country ,culture and history, for fear of being labeled a bigot.. I wonder where all these newcomers will go when Britain is just like the places they fled from in the first place.. Sad sad times.

Many other politicians of that time also understood those implications but few were brave enough to voice their concerns & when Powell did, he was promptly thrown under the bus & labelled racist. We were given a list to choose from but I wanted to write about Enoch Powell who wasn’t on the list. I asked the teacher if I could but was told I wasn’t allowed to choose him. I asked why and was told that he wasn’t considered an “important part of British history / part of the history syllabus”. It’s a shame the school even back then was scared they might get in “trouble” for letting a student write about someone who spoke their mind and told the truth. It was a privately paid school too…also proves the government and elites control so much, right down to the individual subjects and tasks set at school.

The cancel culture in American society today has all but ensured that interviews like this will never be allowed to happen in the future. Show hosts are nothing more than cheerleaders for their point of view, and they exist only to foist their opinions on their audience who clap and cheer them along.
