LNP MP Keith Pitt says the left calling for reform of Australia’s energy market is “quite incredible” they are just now having an “epiphany” over the push for unreliable energy.
“They have had an epiphany, it is quite incredible,” he said.
“This is the mob who said, oh, you won’t have time to get community support, you can just forget all that, I would just roll over those regional communities, they don’t matter.
“Now we see they are claiming, guess what, it won’t work.
“It is intermittent and unreliable, we won’t be able to keep the lights on.”

  • Typical socialists, always a bit slow on the uptake. Labor just had an epiphany on something everyone else has always known. Pathetic.

  • Peta. Your sum up of Albanese is, in my opinion, spot on. Whilst he's a political animal & has cunning he seriously does lack 'intellectual grunt' as you say. If he possessed it all he may have had the forsight to be a more unifying role model & NOT waste time & our taxpayers 'hard earned' on divisive initiatives like the VOICE referendum. We remain a country still divided because of this.

  • @5:30 mins Accurate, Keith. Albo doesn't have real character, he's shallow, so he has to pay people to invent a personality for him that he hopes the public will fall for. We're too smart for that. We saw through Daniel Andrews' facade, and we can see through Albozo's.

  • Dutton's mob did not consult AEMO or anyone else about nuclear. This is just Dutton's opinion. AEMO run the show. New report from AEMO out today about solar wind and gas. Notably, fossil fuels sank to their lowest-ever levels across Australia’s east-coast electricity mix in the final three months of 2022. Renewable energy overtook black coal for the first time in the history of the grid, driven by unreliability, unaffordability and unavailability of coal (particularly in Queensland) and lower demand. Renewable energy generation hit a record high, providing on average 40.4% of the grid’s supply during 4Q2022. This beat the previous record of 35% set in the fourth quarter of 2021. Renewables in the east coast grid peaked at close to 69% on 28 October, exceeding the previous record of 64% set only the previous quarter.

  • @4 mins The rise of Narcissism in society is an unmistakable sign of the end times. 2 Timothy chapter 3 describes it perfectly, and it blew my mind when I read it and realised that it was happening before our eyes. Another sign of the end times is found in Romans chapter 1, and in Thessalonians where it says that because people didn't 'love the truth ', God gave them over to a darkened and reprobate mind. They lose the ability to make a wise decision, and are morally bankrupt.

    @caroliner2029@caroliner202916 күн бұрын
  • This channel is here for propaganda of any kind. AEMO is who should be consulted as they are the power providers and regulators. By doing that sky news would not get the favorable answers they are seeking. You must have the hype and B/S
