Welcome to this Non Sleep Deep Rest 10 min practice. This NSDR meditation practice is designed to help you quickly reset and reboot so you feel better fast.
Dr. Andrew Huberman, the neuroscientist that coined the term NSDR (non-sleep deep rest) developed an NSDR protocol to help boost mood, improve the ability of your brain to change (neuroplasticity), and improve sleep.

  • I have bpd and chronic fatigue syndrome so trying to rest myself with a busy and anxious mind is hard. My thoughts still wandered with this meditation but not as much as others and it was very relaxing and calming. Thank you!
