Hi loren, I found this one, which is also really relaxing 😊 Nice start of the day.(8 am in the Netherlands) Focussing on both arms, hands, and both legs and feet, and the left and right side of the body (especially perfect for the short practice) And the sankalpa “ I have a calm and balanced day” Personally I would have liked a little more time to do the sankalpa 🤭 Thank you ❤ have a great day🙏💐

So glad you are loving it! I don't think I can be the one to say if an experience is good or bad but rather ask you if the experience felt okay to you. If you were able to still feel safe that is the most important part of the practice. Because the practice of yoga nidra is very deep, many different things can happen from out-of-body experiences, and astral projections to feeling or seeing different things. What may feel good to one person may feel really bad for another. It is very normal to have experiences in sensation etc, so as long as it felt "good" to you I say that is perfect! Hope this makes sense 💗
