  • Great job with those fish, Captain. I'm sure you have saved that fishing spot on your chart plotter. Nice little island until you were invaded, awesome folks. We rented a Hobie in Jamaica back in 2009, the guy asked if I needed lessons. I told him I'd been boating since 5 and learned to sail at 9 years old. He laughed and said never mind. See you on the next adventure.

  • Hey,the new portable,rechargeable batteries work great.I use them on my two kite setups ,Tacoma 1000,and they last for several all day trips.They are much easy to use,plus they are attached to the rod which makes it easy to move the rods around

    • @@OutOnTheReef The thing is Captain, my boat is around 5 tonnes so when I see this engine up for sale I knew it would have to be this kind of size. I will put the very short video on my channel, it was only from the slip to my mooring but she sat in the water nicely. Still a lot of bracing to be done on the transom. Do you remember I was changing from inboards to outboard and building the bracket for the engine?

  • Would be very interested in the safety and security protocols/rules you follow when at sea. For example whenever you are about to get underway, you always put your lifevest on, you mentioned a 2am and 4am security watch, etc.

  • Your meals always look so good Captain. How's the smithville bacon. I know kroger here in Arkansas runs the smithville hams on sale regularly for less than a dollar a pound and they are really good hams. I'm with you on everything except the thick look coffee.   • Hi man ! I really love your videos, but it could be nice if you can kill your fish before putting it in the cooler. And, when you're fishing by 400m, the fish you catch will die even if you release it. So i think you should stop fishing when you have enough to eat.

    • Hello, captain and yes, I didn't vent it the grouper. I just don't like to show it on video. And I was using a 3 pound lead and that was plenty of weight. Because the current wasn't too fast that day

    • Is hello captain is to promote safety So that way, everybody before starting the engine, they look behind and make sure there's nobody in the prop. It's just a great safety measure to avoid accidents, captain and it has worked on some of my viewers.

    • It doesn't have a name, captain, I made it up. And you can use magnets as long as they're strong. The sharks don't like the magnetic field.
