  • That fish was cooked to perfection! Not burned, I could see it was soft and delicious! Thanks for sharing you beautiful day. Sad to see that sailboat, as you said it, somebodies dream. I hope the owner finds joy in another vessel. The owners insurance should take care of the cleaning. They charge a lot. Keep having fun inspiring us to also go out and enjoy life too. Godspeed!

  • Hi Capt.... All of your video are great; this one was exceptionally interesting. It's very sad to see someone's boat wrecked on the beach; a lost dream. I hope nobody was injured.... I love your new anchorage, and one of your comments was very funny! ☺When you mentioned you liked one of the houses that looked like 'a shack'... I'll bet it's an expensive shack! ☺

  • Thanks cap! I was just checking in case you were on social media and I had missed it. You could totally have an insta for the channel and still never show your face and details. It would Be a good way for manufacturers to reach you to send you products, who knows maybe an endorsement deal with Bahamas tourism board. It’s a good way for you to capture viewers and send them over here to grow the channel. You do a great job at showcasing how amazing it is. I’ve been dreaming about replacing my old boat that I sold. Would you believe me, when I told you I landed 90 lbs wahoo, a bunch of 60+ pound wahoo, 70 lbs kingfish, 60lbs cobia, And many others on a 16ft boat out of miami, Mostly just me and 1 buddy. We went a far out as 35 miles. Had a brand new engine that I trusted, Epirb and was very selective on my days. Your style of adventure is what YT is all about. Long story short, I’ve been looking for new boat, that’s how I found you, the Parker 2120 is high on my list. The 2320 is also in the running. Being able to tow with an f150 is what has me leaning towards the 21. I got a family of 4, So the 16ft I had would never have cut it in my current situation. My first question for you: As far as I understand the 2120 and 2320 are the SAME hull. If you could go back and get your 2120 with the fuel tanks of the 2320, would you? Is that even a thing? I would probably use the boat similar to you. Another question, I saw you have 9+ batteries on board. If you could go back and design a system that has larger house batteries and less total number. So you could have more total juice available for any 1 load, and less weight would you try that or is there a reason for the decentralized power supply? I got a few more questions, but I’ll leave them for the comments in your next video. I’m still catching up on all Your old videos. I’ve been fishing and diving the FL/Bahamas for a long long time. Let me know if you ever want any pointer on best dive gear for Landing big fish in Bahamas. Thanks!!!! Keep reefing!

    @PurposePlastics@PurposePlastics14 күн бұрын
    • Thank you, captain. I really appreciate your support. And if I have to choose all over, I will take the 2130. But the bad thing about it is that there's more weight on the boat. So your fuel economy will go down so you can go as far. So most likely, the extra few. You will need it because the extra weight. And indefinitely, the 2130 has more room in the back.The cabin is the same so I will go with the 2130.But I can say it's more weight and you will want to get two engines instead of one

  • That ice maker was a game changer, Cap. Is it fed by your fresh water system. Next you need to install a desalinization setup on the port side of the CPH…if there is space somewhere. That grouper looks “Fit to eat”. That breakfast could have fed a small village. A full belly is a happy belly. Well done removing the tomato skins, that’s the unhealthy part. I saw the low tide and thought, “Yep, he is going to hunt for welks, snails or muscles”. That sailboat is a total loss. I was taught to sail at 9 years old and I can tell you I have been a power boater ever since. Too much work and no “Secondaries” when it’s really time to move. The Atomic 4 is dead.

  • There's something about frying fish for breakfast not so appealing... I rather stick to simplicity. Eggs , bacon , ham, pancakes and toast..

    • That's another great choice, captain, but if you ever have grouper, it does not taste fishy for breakfast at all and it's delicious.
