Why don't they just create whatever they want? If not: Why would an Alien want to steal a Human body? • I was super lost too. The aliens have the ability to create a universe but they need the lifeblood of a simulated person to continue living? The meteor killed me. 10 ton meteor landed in a lake with a splash when it should have taken out everything within at least a mile radius since it should have been traveling at insane speeds. These guys have obviously never heard of kinetic weapons. The body snatcher fellas are simulated individuals themselves that steal people from the pasts' lifeblood and give it a higher being that isn't simulated yet the body snatcher folks "believe" there is a bigger universe bla bla bla. Takes place in Germany, nobody speaks German or even hints at a German accent. Made ZERO sense. So many contradictions and plot holes. Still a very well shot film. Great acting, great visuals, great lighting, great effects. All good stuff. The screenwriting is lacking though. The story has potential but very badly needs to be peer reviewed to get those beyond obvious plot holes out.

We both won for best shorts at the Vegas Movie Awards and I must say Congratulations for this visually stunning piece of motion picture! It's so easy being a critic. But many of us could have never put this incredible work of digital art together. Yes their were problems with the story structure and I'm not a fan of narration. Remember necessity is the mother of invention! You want a future! You'll have one shaped by your knowledge and fears! We're all part of a huge holographic universe that plays along with our desires! If you are unable, then by all means, criticize as you wish, but do it in a constructive manner that helps make the products better, don't just suggest how someone else could help because for all you know, they could just end up making it even worse in your opinion.

  • Very interesting concept.Thought provoking with how it all starts with the Chelyabinsk asteroid bringing the technology to Earth. With the way Oumuamua acted after it entered our solar system it could be a possibility that alien civilisations are trying to contact us from distant systems trying to get our attention now. You deserve all the awards you receive for this short and hopefully you can find more capital for VFX to continue the story. I have followed your facebook page for sometime waiting to see this short, impressive, it was worth the wait. Good luck on future shorts pertaining to this concept and others.
