  • Important things as well: 0:51 First thing - Showering in the morning; 2:10 Second thing - Using a tongue scraper; 3:00 Third thing - Having a skin care routine; 4:50 Forth thing - Tidy up; 6:20 Fifth thing - Apply a fragrance; and 7:16 Sixth thing - Dress for success. I can agree with all what you have told as well Courtney. Among the mentioned things I can add few of them as well. And those are: 1. Eating healthy; 2. Doing some exercise; 3. Educating yourself. I can agree that one day I'll be thankful for the advice's that you gave as well. I wish only if someone could of tell us some of these things a bit earlier as well. But as they say: Better late than never (or better to be told like this:Better ever, than never 😉🙃🙂🧐🤓😎).

  • Shower twice a day is a thing can’t skip it morning and night. Morning routine shower is my favorite time to prepare myself for work. It also helps me to stay motivated, focus, comes with a bonus a refreshing feeling and a positive thoughts throughout the day. I don’t believe in breakfast. What keeps myself energized either orange juice is my choice in the morning or a water bottle plain and simple. Lunch time I snack keeps me boosted throughout the day unless my buddies wanted to go out for lunch then I’ll eat. Healthy routine after work, you can’t miss workouts. Sometimes I play volleyball with friends it’s a bonus too. Yup other than that Miss Courtney said it all. 💯 I always wanted to be in a relationship with a woman that has a healthy lifestyle. It’s GOLDEN and a blessing.

  • In last few months, Courtney has convinced me to buy a small assortment of colognes (fragrances that I feel suit me and not just generic guy scent colognes), face moisturizer, eye lotion,an ice roller, new clothes, hair styling creams (also have Hamza to thank for this one) and now a tongue scraper. The ladies in my life have taken notice of the changes so far and like. Even more important than that, I've actually been feeling really good about myself for the first time in basically ever. That helps me be more confident and masculine, and a nice bonus is that the ladies also like. Courtney gives life changing advice.

  • You are definitely a perfect spokes person for skin care Courtney, your complexion is amazing. I agree, everyone should shower in the morning for the reasons you stated. It perks you up MORE than coffee ever could. Shower in the morning everyday, start the day completely clean and fresh. And then again if you've got a date, gotten dirty or sweaty. On cologne; Macy's sells a men's cologne (why is there a g in that word?) sampler for a little over $20 . You get a shaving kit with 20 different samples. Hack, go with the one that gets the results you want, not the one that YOU like best.

If anyone here is able to do a deep squat, try to build up to 3 maybe 5 minutes of a hold every single day, using your abductors t-band and glute medius muscles to really give your hips a good stretch in the morning. I do 3-5 mins daily, esp when I'm out grounding barefoot&shirtless at sunrise, in between clubbell medleys

  • We rightfully teach that appearances aren't everything in a person's character, but they can still take you quite the distance when it comes to your interactions with people. Appearances are what get you in the door, while character determines if people like keeping you around. So maximize both; look your best, be your best, and you're more likely to get the best life has to offer.

  • I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion by Tiége Hanley.

This emulsifies skin oils and grease, opens pores, and softens the skin. A soft soap removes the excess baby oil and dirt leaving my face smooth and supple. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. I started the process 40+ yrs ago when I still had acne and almost immediately, the acne cleared up.

  • I personally preferring showering before bed, but I can understand the rationale for showering in the morning because it helps with alertness. As for tongue scrapers, you could at the very least brush your tongue with a toothbrush and it does make a big difference with bad breath. Your tongue is the largest source of bacteria in your mouth.

    @Razear@Razear Жыл бұрын
  • Tongue Scraper: I don't know, maybe I need to try it, but I don't get it. For example, if my arm was really dirty I wouldn't just scrape it with something and then rinse it. Instead I would use soap and maybe a wash cloth to clean it. Same with my tongue. Rather than just scrape it, I brush it with a toothbrush that has toothpaste on it. I would think that would get it cleaner and fresher than just scraping it. I'm going to to give the tongue scraper a go though!

  • Courtney, I was 35 minutes late on your previous video on Wed (Isreal Time). Man, I was mad as hell.

  • I don't want to and I will never care about how people perceive me. Someone caring about how much hair is in my nether regions is a bit too far. Yes, take care of yourself. But be confident in yourself. Look for people that care more about your values than how you look at first glance. You will attract the right person for you.

  • The 'Southern Regions'? Uruguay? Argentina? Do we have to go that far South? I guess if someone is going all the way there with us, we do!

  • Pro tip: get yourself an oral probiotic. Morning breath is usually caused by bad bacteria in your oral microbiome. Also, avoid toothpaste with fluoride that kills off friendly bacteria in your mouth to keep it healthy. I no longer have sewer breath in the morning

  • THANK YOU COURTNEY ! YOU ARE THE LIGHT IN THE DARKNESS !! Sorry about the caps but you really are refreshing change to see and hear an honest , straightforward, female opinion without the usual " i won't even give you time of day unless a man is 6'5" dark and handsome , earns 7 figures , and pays for ALL " that seem to be the norm in these "me too " media influencer days On a positive note you got it going on more than Stacy's mom ever had ! Don't mean to be sexist , apologies if that upsets you , just a bit of British humour .
