You are awesome
You da man chico!
Who does any of these things? Sadly I do these things but still single 💔💔💔
Saved me a lot of time lol thx.
@LADS. 😂
Courtney you have such a calm and soothing personality, I really like it
Simp
Simp
Mannn I hear ya fellas..Simps be simping
What's wrong with a guy complimenting someone? This isn't "simping". I don't think he has a single squirrel in his pants.
It's john vs john UFC pay per view 👍
Teeth should be on this list. Keep them clean.
Funny. I bet you got thousands of views but majority not have the balls to like. Their mrs would kill em. 😉👍
I agree, along with fresh breath.
Yep and floss daily too.
Brush twice a day (2 mins per a brush session). Floss daily and 30 second mouth rinse. 😁
And toe nails
Skin care routine video with products you’d think are the best. I know it can be hard to find products for us guys vs girls having so many.
I can do that!
Yes!
@@CourtneyRyan And you might want to consider different budgets and international subs.😊
I use la roche-posay toleriane hydrating cleanser--> niacinamide 10 + zinc 1 form the ordinary---> CeraVe moisturizer with SPF25. And at night some generic L'oreal night creme and once a week i use retinol 1% in squalane to get rid of the old skincells. I have combination skin oily skin in the "T" area rest is normal.
Seconded
Finally! A video where I already work on all of the things mentioned!
Love your videos! Awesome tips that I definitely needed to hear! You earned a new subscriber!
Courtney I started taking care of my face in my early 20s but back in the early 90s they didn't have mens products so I used womens. In the late 90s mens products started and have gotten better. Now at 50 I still take care of my face and it makes me feel good when people think I'm in my mid 30s.
Smart man
I cover my body in Vaseline
Thank you Courtney; great advice as always!
Thank you for another great video! You're on a roll!
I freaking love your videos! Ahhhh thank you for this! 😍👏
Says the babe who looks fabulous even with melted chocolate on her blazer! 😂❤️ thanks lady! 😘
Thank you Courtney for your advice, we all appreciate you so much❤️
Great vid! I can wholeheartedly vouch for the pimple patches. I used my GFs patches and ended up buying my own. I wash my face prior to putting it on. I am a face toucher so the patch protects dirt and crap from your hands getting in. Love it
Fun video. Happy Sunday. Thanks for sharing Courtney!
Good thing, that I already started all of these 👍 good job Courtney!
Thanks for your video! It has convinced me to start a skincare routine. Honestly, as a man, I never considered a skincare routine to be something to consider. Thanks for the suggestion.
Lol “don’t have long nails when getting intimate and I’ma just leave it at that”😂😂😂
also don't use freshly clipped fingers, unless you file then smooth ......... pro tip, from some one who's made that mistake before ......
Don't clip your toenails for extra grip!

Courtney, you have the most beautiful and soulful voice. I could listen to you talking for everyday. ♥️
Thank you for the advice Courtney!
I have a video idea: how to keep a relationship going past the initial stages. I feel most men and women only know how to get through the first few stages of a relationship before they just learn to coast hoping for it to last. It’s be interesting to hear your opinion and tips on how to keep a relationship going whether it ends or not.
That would be a great video. Thanks for the suggestion ☺️
Just my opinion, but to offer a perspective here: I think most folks are actually pretty decent at meeting people and casually dating. What is much harder and is where most of the people I've met struggle is transitioning from dating into a healthy relationship. I think this is rooted in the fact that most people are hyper fixated on outcome dependency and end up self sabotaging though they have good intentions. When you put too much effort into your mental projection of the relationship, you neglect the real person in front of you and end up breaking down your own reality. Most folks do much better dating because they tend to view it with far less strings attached, and as a result, are more focused on what's in front of them versus what is in their heads. If you really want to have a successful relationship, you have to get out of your own head. This is especially difficult for hyper rational or hyper emotional thinkers whose brains have gotten them very far in life. The one thing your brain can't do is advance your interpersonal relationships through some magic equation or projection of reality. You have to do that for yourself in the moment and you're not going to be able to do it if you're killing yourself with performance anxiety.
@@Redouku 100% agree, though I think it is important to acknowledge being caught up in a power struggle in it of itself is not secure behavior. I'm not saying it's impossible to have a healthy relationship with somebody you're playing this kind of cat and mouse game with (right person wrong time absolutely happens), but if you're stuck on it, you need to walk away from that dysfunctional situation. Never-ending shit tests are a pretty clear sign that at least one person involved is too damaged to be in a healthy relationship in the present moment.
@@Redouku I get what you're saying but am going to agree to disagree. There's an incredibly fine line here and if you're interested in someone, having a mature conversation about boundaries at the forefront of dating is always the better route to go. I understand why people shit test others to gauge what they will tolerate, but it's a form of sabotage that will damage your ability to trust and respect someone else. In my experience, things generally work out better in the long term when you assume the best in someone else but are prepared to deal with the worst. It's also always better to be the person introducing healthy communication into a potential relationship versus being the person introducing passive aggressive behavior like shit testing. The concerns I have with shit testing have nothing to do with the jovial or playful nature of it and everything to do with the fact that excessive shit testing communicates a damaged individual. If you are not secure enough in yourself to not question the character of every person you enter a potential relationship with, you are going to crumble when any relationship you enter is actually tested by real difficulty. It's also impossible to escalate or be intimate with somebody you know doesn't actually reciprocate your trust or respect. I'm all for playful banter, but if you can't have a mature and direct conversation about whatever boundary is so important to you, then you can't have a successful relationship with another person. I do think that everybody deserves an opportunity to have that conversation regardless of if they lead it with shit testing or not. However, if you shy away from it, you are also going to be incapable of regulating pain in healthy ways or letting go. These type of people are always better off single working out whatever is causing their anxiety, avoidance, or fear. I am not saying somebody has to lay out all of their deepest thoughts when they just begin dating, but the number one mistake people make in dating is fearing the vulnerability it takes to speak what is actually on their mind. You do much more damage to your relationship with someone when you play games surrounding what is in your head than you do if you just talk about it, however uncomfortable it is. Learning to be a part of the successful 10% who transition into healthy long term relationships is all about learning to leave behaviors like shit testing that deconstruct trust and respect behind. Period.
That's a good idea. Getting the girl is easy (usually). Keeping the Girl, that hard.

Thank you for your tips and advice
Courtney Ryan Reynolds has a nice ring to it. Also I've tried the pimple patches. They do work, for me they didnt make pimples disappear over night BUT it did shrink them considerably. Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to the adhesive so I had to stop using them.
Yes skin care routine video for guys would be great! Most of us have no idea ...
Thank you Courtney 🙏!!!!
I love your energy Courtney! Keep up the good work!🥳 💙Btw here before 100k 🙋🏽♂️ 🍾

Definitely do a skin care basics video. The top you are wearing is a great color on you 😎
Hi Courtney and thanks for the video. I was expecting something about callus hands. I usually do workout and especially climbing. I do my best to keep it as soft as possible but it's impossible to get rid of it unless i stop doing sports 2 months straight. Is it that bad having callus/corn? Thanks in advance, keep doing the good work :)
A video discussing skincare products in more detail would be welcome. In the past you've mentioned being hesitant to recommend anything in particular because everyone's skin is different but if you asked friends with different skin considerations than your own it could cover a broader range of skin types.
OMG you're not tougher then the sun....I died when you said that! Keep up the great advice i've been following your channel a few moths now and I feel like a completely new guy!
Great channel! Love your tips and tricks. Especially useful to see the opposite sex's point of view on different subjects of attraction. Side note what type of camera do you use? videos look great
My style and grooming is for me not for my woman she just enjoys it , Ryan
Exactly!
@@CourtneyRyan exactly, she says, after a 10 minute video of telling men to adjust their appearance for women.
Thanks Courtney! 😊 I really need to put together a skincare routine. I don't have a unibrow, but I really like cleaning up my eyebrows before going out. Trimming the stray hairs. I think it really makes my face pop and boosts my confidence!
Oil rollers for cologne, easy to carry around. And works well with unscented lotion
The Nails comments is ESPECIALLY spot on with the Nail biting!!! It’s actually something that can be bad for your health more then usual with our current COVID situation!!!
Exactly!!
Gracias señorita!
Happy to help! 🥰
very interesting channel !!!! i was told to watch and this was my first time watching. true humored from the start. the length of this video grabbed my attention being that the length 11:29 is my birthday lol. my female friend told me i shouldve done one of these videos years ago. since a kid ive been groomed by my dad who was always taking care of himself from clothing shaving and stance to the words he used at all times. now 55yrs old ive never dropped the ball worked hard my whole life maintained my body weather its skin nails hair teeth classic style of dressing that has never been wrinkled or worn out. the best in casual clothing to amazing suits and a healthy weekly workout. ive also been the single father of my daughter since she was 7. her mother passed away and that being told i never dropped the ball with catering to a young ladies needs from hair being done clothing perfumes and now 32 she has continued to not only continues to maintain but as a mom to a 6yr old son hes into being clean when not playing in the dirt but loves showers and smell good products and has amazing manners. SOOOOO my question to you is why on gods green earth does my very attractive daughter find herself picking guys that absolutely in my option refuse to maintain themselves !!!! hair months behind in needing cut beards nothing short of disgusting and dressing like hobos with zero respect for themselves and respect for others when out in public. days between showers !!! im a non smoker and my daughter is as well but she dates guys that not only smoke but often chain smoke !! there not even attractive !!! not that looks are everything or even a requirement to be a good person. none of the guys she has dated make sense to me or anyone else that know her.. im terrified to this day to even ask her WHY !!!
Love this, so useful. At 35 I do a lot of this now but wish I'd have had advice like this 15 years ago. Guys take note 🙂📝 . Thanks Courtney
💯
Really need to step up on my skin care... my ex used to complain I didn't take care of my skin (naturally very dry) but I wasn't aware it was such a big deal!
I have a really bad habt of biting my nails and I can't even stop it 😭😭, also you honestly deserve the same amount of subscribers as tmf and how to beast cause you provide really good advice and you are gorgeous ❤️❤️
I've had an excellent habit of biting my (clean) nails to correct length for many decades. Have saved so much time from having to faff around with nail-clippers. "biting my nails and I can't even stop it" - zinc deficiency.
I only have that nail biting thing. Damn its so tempting.
Thank you 💘
Great info as always but what's a good skin care (product) routine if you have a big beard?
I routinely clean and trim my nails. I stopped using hair product and shampoos and since I stopped I noticed my dandruff went away and my scalp is no longer dry and itchy. I thoroughly clean it out every time I shower and rinse every night before bed to clean the daily grim, sweat, and oils out. I just use my natural hair oils to style it and I’ve noticed my hair is healthier and doesn’t look “greasy” and has a natural shine to it.
What's best skincare routine for someone with dry skin?
Sometimes I would break out like crazy. Pimple popping definitely goes hand in hand with skin care routine. I normally would use Neutrogena acne stress control every other day and switch it up with Citaphil skin cleanser. I would also drink plenty of water to hydrate my skin. Lotion is also key especially in the dry cold winter season. I shave my head and put lotion afterwards. Is that OK or should I use something else?
Very spot on video. I have to say, though, that when we guys grow a beard, some of the grooming mistakes become less apparent than when we shave.
Great points, especially about the spf. However, try to use a zinc based one. The other cheaper ones have xenoestrogens which can interfere with testosterone and are carcinogenic. Thanks for the video!👍
Can you link to a nice natural one that has zero xenoestrogen?
Courtney, what are a few of your favorite fragrances for men to wear?
Hi Courtney. I appreciate your channel. I was on a date last night in Sf and I have to be honest i was thinking about some content in your videos. The date went great! A lot of laughing and we enjoyed eachother. And yes ... nose hair is no good lol! Thanks for your videos
Ahhh that makes me so happy to hear! Thank you 🥰 wishing you all the best!
@@CourtneyRyan thank you 😁. Are you in California?
Unruly eyebrow or ear hair are nasty too. Chewed cuticles and untrimmed toe nails are a few others. Scaly and rough feet and hands, even more problem areas. Too much scent and/or accessories, also bad ideas. Keep it simple, subtle, clean and classy, and you'll be fine. Thank you Courtney, for your informative and concise videos. Keep them coming!
Perfect I like your style
Hey Courtney, could you do a video about girls at the gym? Like is it a good idea to approach, how should you approach, and can you ask for the number right away etc.
I 2nd this
If she has headphones in and looks like she's in the zone then don't bother approaching her. She's just there to workout.
Only if she's wearing a ton of makeup, deliberately and obviously showing off her body, following you around the gym, not wearing a hat or headphones, and keeps looking at you. Unless she does ALL these things, the answer is NO.
@@harlanwilkinson3142 This is probably good advice. Most people go to the gym to workout and it's probably better to not bother them there.
No dont approach unless they are obviously done. Let them live
That photo of the bush growing out of the guy's nose made me laugh out loud!
I need slightly sassy dry humor Courtney all day long. Editing on point as well
4:47 "You might be tough. You might be the toughest guy in the world, and I promise you you are not tougher than the sun" - Courtney Lol funniest, but very true
Funny how she said that exactly as I was reading your comment hehe
for the fragrance one, heat areas on the body is the best places but a little trick is to put a little bit into the water of your iron and when you iron your clothes, boom fragrancy smell.
Hi Courtney what would you say is the best way to get rid of blackheads on the nose
Can you make a video on not losing yourself to the relationship? As well as making sure you don’t change yourself for a girl you like/what to do if you realize you’re losing yourself?
I started taking care of myself a lot more in the last 5 years, I've naturally come to get 8 out of 9 of these right from trial and error + observation. The only thing I haven't gotten into yet is skincare. Nobody really talks about it in daily life, but when I've asked people about it it's like they're shocked I don't do it. Never had anyone teach me the importance of it growing up so it's never been something I thought about. I think it's time I started now though. My skin looks ok but it definitely gets pretty dry.
You will notice the guys at class reunions who never used eye cream and face cream. I use jack black and kiehls
Courtney looking stunning as usual
Thank you 🥰🥰

@@CourtneyRyan You feel like a very good role model for young girls and so on. I’d say modern women are very very missleaded atm thru toxic feminism and so on. If you feel the same would you ever do a young girls advice video?
Like having self value and think before being promiscious and so on, just an idea, great vid as always
Good video thank you
Guys, Courtney's advice is sound. But remember that the best changes are the ones made to please oneself, not others (women, in this case). That's what contributes to value in a man. If you're high value, girls will line up before you, I promise!
Side note I never know what stores are good to shop at I live in a small town and it a trip to go to a big area to shop so it would be good to know where to shop.
Thanks 😊
Happy to help! 🥰

I love listening to you ❤️
I do all that already Babylove...but good lookin out 👀Thanx Court...🤪
Awsome content as usual!
I love your voice. Hugs from Brazil!
Ok
Guys love her videos "you know why" 👍🏼
When I use fragrance, I just apply a little touch of vaseline behind my ears and chest first, then lightly spray cologne on those areas and will keep the fresh scent all day.
Hey court!! I gave this video a thumbs up lol
I used to pluck until a friend convinced me to try electrolysis. Apparently, tweezing can malform follicles without destroying them, leading to more ingrown hairs. Also, aren't a lot of SPF products bad for you?
I've used (cheap) teatree oil to wash my face since I was 15 (now 35) & it works wonders. I shave, wash my face & then exfoliate.
I got all these down besides the nail biting I’m close but not there yet 💯🗣
Flossing should be mentioned too. An ex once complained because I cut my nails but didn't file them down and we're sharp!
I agree with all the aspects of nailbiting for sure. However I have been trying to stop doing it my whole life and nothing has worked. I tend to bite my nails when I am stressed, I don't even realize when I am doing it. However I don't bite them down to a stub like ever, there where the nail clipper would stop is where I stop biting. Not that that is a pro....
Be well-groomed respect other people enjoy your life and never ever make a circle! get out of there! And love yourself♡
For my skin care routine, I wash my face with regular water, then wash it again with rose water, the rose water is superior to regular water but it does not last long because I have to buy it LOL... once a week I will put on an Anti Bac (Acne Lotion) mask, let it soak in then wash lotion off with another round of rose water. I could do the acne treatment more often, but I'm lazy and too often would dry the skin out. Rehydrate my skin after washing with avocado oil which also seals in moisture (especially important in the winter) and does not clog pores badly. I don't use lotion on my face anymore (too many chemicals). Dove lotion only for my hands, and elbows/knees. For fragrance, I do couple sprays under my undershirt, then on my wrists, inner elbow and a collar shirt goes on over that, then I spray on the neck and let some get on my collar. It usually last most of the day. The Eau De Toillete I am using is rather weak (I think at least), so I have to spray multiple times and get it on clothes.
I used to bite my nails! It took a while to stop and now my hands are perfect. Didn't realize it was like an important thing lol
It’s a bad habit to break so major props to you!
I won't lie it's a very hard habit to break. I bite my nails without even realizing I'm doing it.
I use to bite my nails until I worked in healthcare, it made me almost ocd with washing my hands
@@CourtneyRyan I seen hot girls do that more than guys
AWESOME! 💜
I love the way Courtney said "saucy". Lol. Also "like Courtney Ryan told you too". Well yes ma'am lol.
Use a vitamin c and olive oil based face wash (non soap based) if u are prone to acne
Grooming is huge and can be tremendously helpful in terms of attraction! ☺️
Definitely 👏🏼👏🏼
@@CourtneyRyan 👏🏻👏🏻 Got a proper haircut yesterday and feel so much better haha!!
Most definitely when you are SINGLE and trying to get a good Exercises....👍🤣
Your hair looks amazing. As far as fragrance, I agree with you. If I may, I advise you to spray the back of your neck too so that you can leave a nice little trail of scent as you walk.
Thank you! 🥰🥰 oooh I will do that for sure
I know we should have a skin care routine but I don’t know which one to get
Also consider your diet and vitamin intake (vitamin D especially) for the state of your skin.
Instead of clipping I always file down my nails real short because I simply hate feeling that sharp edge and tjat makes me want to bite them. But if I keep them short I feel no need for biting and picking.
Filing is a great option too! I totally get that
My brothers girlfriend put me on a skin routine. And not only has my confidence gone up but I get compliments on my skin now. That exfoliating shit a game changer 😂😭😂
Rly? How do you even do that exfoliate shit? Any product recommendations? Lmao.

Despite strict adherence to a rigorous skincare routine, I still have acne and no it's not from over washing or any of the products I use. Unfortunately, little can be done for cystic acne.
I struggled with this as a teen and when I cut back on dairy and started buying lactose free, my cystic acne went away! It was bizarre. I know that doesn’t help everyone but a lot of times cystic acne is caused by food sensitivities. I would try cutting things out of your diet and see if that helps!
@@CourtneyRyan I'm 32 and I've done everything including accutane and cutting out dairy/ sugar. The acne is from hormone replacement therapy. Thanks for the reply and the great content.
what about armpit hair? do we need to trim there at all?
