Regarding some of my video titles, some are considered clickbait. KZheadrs optimise their video's titles for discovery for the algorithm. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different and progresses differently. You also can't target fat loss, so don't take a video title out of context when its just optimised for discovery.
It's what's in my video's content that matters and I've explain multiple times across my videos throughout my channel over several years that it takes time to see results, and involves lots of factors such as your diet. If you're following a suitable program schedule, eating well and watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. you should see results.

  • guys remember...on the days where you have only 30% in you and you decide to give it your 30%, you gave your 100%. Don't stress yourself. You are not doing it for anyone else but you. Don't chase losing or gaining weight..chase being healthy and fit.Go for it , you can do it

  • 2024 Weight Loss Challenge weight: 70.2kg waist : 86 cm Left Arm : 34 cm hips : 103 cm thighs : 64 cm Right Arm : 36 cm Day 1 ✅ knees were shaking at the end of 1st workout but I feel fine after cooldown Day 2 ✅ i thought i wouldn't be able to complete today's schedule cuz my thighs were aching all day but it gradually stopped aching while doing the workout Day 3 ✅ My thighs were killing me all day long, it was much worse than yesterday so I thought I would skip today's workout but I did it anyway! Surprisingly I feel much better while doing the workout. It was definitely hard during warm up but it felt easier as I do the first workout. I took a 30 min break before the 2nd workout but I regret it cuz it felt harder again after my muscles cooled down lol Note: I definitely feel myself getting stronger as my knees does not shake anymore during the workout. I found lunges hard to balance but I'm getting a tiny bit better at it. Squats also doesn't feel as taxing anymore. Additionally, I will do Toned Arms Workout | 15 min Upper Body Burn at the end of the workout starting on day 3 since my arms doesn't feel as sore from the scheduled workouts. Day 4 ✅ I feel tiny bit less sore than yesterday and as usual, my body feels lighter while doing the workout! I did the 1st workout better than I did last time too..! Day 5 ✅ I woke up feeling way less sore today. I'm definitely feeling stronger! I did the first workout way better than last time. My arms honestly felt sore during the warm up, so I'm glad today is leg day! Ah, my legs were shaking during the 2nd's workout Leg Circles though... Day 6 ✅ Rest Day. My muscle ache are mostly gone by the time I woke up this morning~ Day 7 ✅ Rest Day. I don't really feel any sore anywhere but my whole legs would get cramped up for a few seconds if I lay down and straighten my knee too much..! How weird haha. Day 8 ✅ Finally the start of week 2! My body was itching for a workout after that 2 day rest~ To be honest? Today's first workout is by far the most tiring one omg... I was literally out of breath the whole time ;;; But surprisingly, I was doing quite well!! I can't believe how much better I got :0 My lunges are way more stable now, and I can even squat lower than before! I thought I would get weaker after that long rest ;; Note: I changed my additional arm workout routine to Chloe's 10 Mins Toned Arms Workout | No Equipment. I couldn't feel enough burn with the previous one. This one feels way more challenging! Day 9 ✅ It was kinda hard but not really! At least not as hard as yesterday's lol It burns your arms but I feel myself getting stronger 💪💪 Additionally did 30 mins of Aerobic Workout Day 10 ✅ I am sweating BUCKETS today holy moly- like i was literally dripping sweat all the way through and out of breath...and I still find it hard to balance Lunge High-knee. I did my arm workouts well today! took no breaks for that. 💪💪 Day 11 ✅ That second workout was really hard. Yeah idk what else to say...just hard. But I did it *phew* Day 12 ✅ Rest Day Day 13 ✅ Rest Day Day 14 ✅ I somehow feel really tired and sweaty todayyy......... aughhh Day 15 ✅ Finally on week 3! I took 1 day break cuz I felt unusually tired. Hence, today I'm brimming with power 💪💪 the workout was hard though. But I still had energy to do 30-min full aerobic workout with no breaks despite today's schedule having 3 workouts instead of 2. 💚

  • Hi! I decided to start this challenge and I'm almost done with it: Start: 56 kg. Day 1: did it🤯 it was really hard Day 2: still hard Day 3: little bit easier Day 4: same Day 5: same Day 6: rest Day 7: rest Day 8: hard🥵 Day 9: easier Day 10: my legs hurt😩 Day 11: better Day 12: same Day 13: rest Day 14: rest Day 15: i was little bit lazy😅 Day 16: i felt my abs Day 17: my legs just died😵‍💫 Day 18: 😊good Day 19: it was hard😫 Day 20: rest Day 21: rest😊 Day 22: did very well Day 23: did it Day 24: was a little lazy Day 25: did it Finally! I finished this challenge❤❤❤ And I lost 2 kg. Before:56 kg. after:54 kg. But if I lost 2 kg. It doesn't mean that everyone will loose 2 kg. too. Everyone's body is different❤️ Also, my body was already used to it, because before that I was going on dance lessons, where I really was sweating❤️❤️

  • Chloe Ting is by far the best ever! Love everything about you! Just finished day 4 of the Weightloss Challenge and I can’t wait to say I’ve completed the challenge! To all who are doing this challenge you got this! Edit: Currently on Day 12! I’m so excited to continue this challenge and so far I’ve lost 6 pounds!!! I’m also cutting carbs so it helps as well but so far this challenge has been pretty great 😊

  • starting the 2024 weight loss challenge on 1. january!:) starting weight: 58,0 kg day 1: done day 2: done day 3: done day 4: struggled a bit but done day 5: done! day 6: rest day day 7: rest day day 8: done, i rlly enjoyed it today:) day 9: done:) day 10: done + did an 8 minute daisy keech ab workout aswell day 11: done + did the 17 minute daisy keech ab workout day 12: done day 13: rest day but did the daisy keech 17 minute abs workout day 14: rest day day 15: did the first workout but skipped the second, going to do it tomorrow day 16: did yesterdays workout and all three for today day 17: skipped both workouts, i hate training legs. i did a daisy keech ab workout tho, and was swimming all afternoon day 18: done day 19: done day 20: rest day day 21: rest day day 22: did daisy keechs tight tummy and pelvic floor workout, skipped the hiit bc my dad was already sleeping day 23: donee day 24: done even tho i rlly didn’t want to today day 25: skipped both workouts bc i don’t want to grow my quads, i did the daisy keech tight tummy and strong pelvic floor workout tho:)

    • @anoniem4671 yes:) The weight loss hasn't been my goal because I am within healthy BMI. But I want to tone up and have more stamina to do things. Her workout definitely evolved over time, and I stick with her because she is very nurturing and motivating, which I really appreciate:)

  • Just finished Week 2 of the 2024 challenge with this workout! This is my very first Chloe Ting challenge. I just wanted to say how great I think the music choices are to keep me motivated. I'm a musician , so at first, I was frustrated that my exercising didn't quite sync up with the beat of the tunes. However, I started really resonating with the lyrics. I can be courageous! I gotta be brave! 2.0!

  • Day 1: i wasn't able to do all the exercices bc of my injured toe but i did my best, i hope i'll stay motivated 👍🏻 Day 2: i dis this video with an other one (for abs too) and i already feel the burn 😭 it was really hard today- Day 3: i'm still here and i'm motivated ! Day 4: i did 2 workouts today after dancing for 2h, and i already see the results, even if i started not even 1 week ago Day 5: doing this after my mcdo shift is so tiring but i don't give up 🫵🏻 Day 6: this day was clearly the hardest 😶 Day 7: it's been one week already and my body is getting used to the exercices, so it's motivating

  • Wow this was a nice challenge! I normally don’t comment on videos, but now with 2024 having started I wanted to share my journey. I started doing Chloe’s workouts in 2020 training 5 times a week. In 2022 I started mixing home workouts with going to the gym. In 2023 I started weight training and the strength and progress are immaculate. I haven’t been doing any home workouts for a year now. Coming back to this is really cool, because being used to weight training is completely different from functional training like this now. Thank you Chloe for making this possible! After doing this workout I will catch up on the other recent workout challenges.

  • I got such good results back in 2022 with 2 weeks shred, It used to be so intense and now I have started again. Day 1: Little tough since it’s been long that I worked out ✅ Day 2: Woke up extremely sore. It was too tough because of the soreness in every inch of my body. Literally pushed myself to work out when my mind was constantly telling me not to do it. ✅ Day 3: Extremely sore again that I literally cried for an hour, was not able to walk properly, sitting down or laying down felt like a task but I did it ✅ Day 4: Much better than day 3, slowly recovering and completed the workout earlier than before. ✅ Day 5: The workout has started to become easier with time, felt so good ✅ Day 6-7: Rest day done ✅ Day 8: I was really scared since it was 2 days of rest days so I thought it will be very painful to workout again but I think my stamina is building up so I completed 1 hiit workout in a go, not tiring at all also feeling very energetic. I’m so proud of myself to push through tough days and getting here ♥️ ✅

  • I am at day 1, i'll update in a week but this is such a great workout, i feel so accomplished, i am working out to feel better and get stronger for my activities that i do. i love this workout! highly recommend!!! thank you so much chloe! At day 3! already feeling changes and seeing some upper abs forming! my arm muscles are so sore (in a good way) ill send an update on day 6! Day 6! my ankles feel sore (muscle kind of sure) meaning they r strengthening which is great, my metabolism is getting better, i bloat less! i am very happy! love u chloe!

  • Its day 4 for me and I can hold a plank for 20 secs yayy. The first day I could barely make it 5 secs without my upper body trembling!! Remember guys it gets better as days go by , I am enjoying my workout now especially after knowing that my strength is building! You got this guyss ❤

  • I think I’m Day 6 or 7? Much easier than starting out. I have better stamina when it comes to the planks, hate them but can perform them easier. Wednesday is my rest day. Cheers to everyone keeping it up! You got this.
