Regarding some of my video titles, some are considered clickbait. KZheadrs optimise their video's titles for discovery for the algorithm. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different and progresses differently. You also can't target fat loss, so don't take a video title out of context when its just optimised for discovery.
It's what's in my video's content that matters and I've explain multiple times across my videos throughout my channel over several years that it takes time to see results, and involves lots of factors such as your diet. If you're following a suitable program schedule, eating well and watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. you should see results.

  • I've never completed a challenge but I will try my best this time . Starting : 74 kg Day 1 : Done ✅ I was exhausted Day 2 : Done ✅ my body was sore but I did it Day 3 : Done ✅ it was easier than day 1 Day 4 : ❌ couldn't do it I was sick Day 5 : Done ✅ I was still sick and had no time but I managed and did it , so proud 🥺💃 Update : Thank you so much for all the likes and comments , unfortunately I suffered from an infection from laser hair removal and had to stop working out for a few weeks till it's gone .   • struggled with weight, sought solutions. video's 25-day challenge caught my eye. started Episode One, intense full-body workout. 29 exercises, each 30 secs, with rests. modifications for intensity, progress emphasized. squats, planks, lunges-challenging but invigorating. health aspect crucial, mindful pace taken. appreciated encouragement to progress. looking forward to positive changes. 💪

  • Start weight: 86 kilos. ✅DAY 1: Wow my body feels so much heavier than the last time I did this- but I love the lunges! My arms feel weak and I can't do pushups but maybe that's a goal. 😊 ✅DAY 2: Arms are definitely my weakest part of my body! DAY 3: Rest DAY 4: Rest (I was travelling for two days! Planning to do the next 5 days now to catch up) ✅DAY 5: I love lunges and thoughg my legs are quite strong from running but *boy was I humbled*. Mental health was low today so I needed this. Looking forward to tomorrow! Weight: 85.7kg ✅ DAY 6: Done! Core felt stronger today. ✅ DAY 7: Second booty workout destroyed me 😅 ✅ DAY 8: First workout: "I'm getting the hang of this!" Last 3 exercises of ab workout "Jesus save me 🥲" Weight 83.75kg (I've swapped to a morning weigh in for consistency so think this is partially why it's a big drop!) DAY 9: Rest DAY 10: Rest DAY 11: Rest ✅ DAY 12: LETS DO THIS- Arms felt very strong today. ✅DAY 13: My legs are looking and feeling so firm! DAY 14: Rest ✅ DAY 15: I was working away but did this in my hotel room! I feel so good but I'm eating badly so nervous for the scales ✅ DAY 16: weight:83.1!!! A great full body and abs today, loved it. My mental health is feeling so much better these last two weeks ❤ ✅ DAY 17: Chloe really designs these programmes with build up in mind. I absolutely SMASHED that HIIT but if you'd ask me day 1 I'd have cried. DAY 18: Rest ✅DAY 19: WOOF Arms and abs - I feel strong! ✅DAY 20: Done DAY 21: Rest DAY 22: Rest ✅DAY 23: Done - had a few extra rest days lately but glad to be on top of my workout! ✅ DAY 24: Hardest one yet (Day 22 of the official schedule) but I did it! 3 days to go! Weight: 81.4 kilos (I've already dropped a Jean size!) 4.6kg (10lbs) lost in just over 3 weeks 😇

  • I had a baby six months ago and haven’t worked out since May 2023. This is PERFECT for getting back into it. Low impact, no weights, only 20 mins… this is exactly what I need as a beginner to working out again ❤

    • Try doing 10 minutes in the morning and 10 in the afternoon! I’ve been doing 20 minute workouts in the morning and 30 in the afternoon and it really helps breaking it up throughout the day.

  • I'm Korean, and I wrote this in a translator. I finished this challenge in 1/5~2/4! Last year, the one-month challenge took two months, and this time, I'm so happy to finish the 25-day challenge on the 30th! I've been on a diet and exercising hard, but I gained 1.8kg from 48.7kg to 50.5kg. But from what I see as slimmer, I feel like I've gained more muscle and lost body fat! My goal is to do 10 challenges by 2024!

    • @@goodn3ssgracious скинуть 16 кг за две недели невозможно, только если пользоваться нездоровыми методами и после этого кг вернутся обратно, и то для 16 кг это анриал. В норме, т.е. по здоровому методу человек может скидывать около 500 гр в неделю. И то первые пару кг обычно уходят быстро, потом процесс замедляется.

  • Been doing these for 4 years now, always with "longer breaks", but steady and over time, never stopped, always came back for chloe. She's right, it's worth it guys. Been severly depressed and heavily struggling with cptbs, also alcoholism since age 19. Found Chloe-Videos in 2019 during covid, they make it possible for me to exercise when I can't go outside (when anxiety hits). Don't be so hard on yourselve. You got this, I believe in you because i know how it feels to have no hope. There always are better days coming. Glad I'm still here, glad you are.

  • I started my weightloss journey on 3 august and ended on 29oct. I lost 19kgs i went from 97kgs to 78kgs last year because of chloe tings workout & diet deficit and i’m here again to lose more weight to achieve 65kgs soon INSHALLAH!🥹❤️ just 13kgs more to go yeahhh!     • Did you eat in a calorie deficit? I find that so hard to do, especially when i cook traditional meals and it's hard to measure the calories. I tried but i dont think i was doing it correctly honestly

  • Been doing your ab and full body workouts for 4 months now and have lost 25 pounds!! everyone out there you can do it!! Coming from someone who led a very unhealthy and sedentary lifestyle these workouts are definitely sustainable and effective! I’m also a pretty lazy person so if I can do it y’all can too, it’s really not that hard, consistency is definitely key so just stick to a routine and you’ll see results for sure

  • Starting today! Starting weight 91kg Day 1 ✅️ Day 2 ❌️ I couldn't lift my legs ( hopefully day 3 won't be bad) I just did a 30 mins walk Day 3 ✅️ Day 4 ✅️ Day 5 ✅️ (pain has reduced significantly) Day 6 ✅️ ( almost gave up but I continued regardless 😭😭) Day 7 ✅️ Day 8 ✅️ ( i feel like giving up! I struggle to start but when i eventually start, i just want to complete it and i feel fulfilled 😂) Day 9 ✅️ Day 10 ✅️ Day 11 ✅️ I now weight 90kg (No strict diet, perhaps if I was on a strict diet I would have lost more) Day 12 😫✅️ skipped 2 days Day 13 ✅️ ( I don't take longer breaks anymore)

  • I'm starting this challenge on Feb 16 2024 Body weight - 63 kg Chest - 37 in Arms - 13 in Belly - 34 in Mid waist or waistline - 39 Hips - 41 Thigh - 25 Day 1 - Completed ✅ Day 2 - Rest ( having sore body ) Day 3 - Completed ✅ ( did the day 2 workout because I took a rest day yesterday) Yesterday I did not work out because I was watching kdrama till 5 am so I was sleep deprived & I had meetings too ...will complete day 4 workout today & I will workout on the upcoming 2 rest days to balance it out :) Couldn't workout yesterday also ..having terrible fever, cold & low energy. Don't want to be harsh on myself Will continue in a day or 2 Wish me luck ❤️ You guys. I just couldn't stop crying. I didn't even eat anything but still I gained 10kg. I have deactivated my socials and at home since 6 months.   • Day 1 : I paired it with the warmup and the arm workout of this Playlist. my left hip hurt so bad at first, but jo injury thankfully. I honestly didn't even attempt the exercise that required my knee to touch the floor. Got so tired, but felt pumped at the end. I liked it. Day 2 : 7 days after the first day. It feels a bit easier ❤ I almost didn't stop, but sometimes I modified an exercise to make it easier to continue or just slowed down. Paired with the warmup and tye arms video from the same Playlist.

  • I was able to finish the hourglass challenge back in August 2023, and now I am going to try the 2024 weight loss challenge!! I haven't had an amazing transformation as I also stopped working out to focus on my first semester as a first year college student :/ But now I took up a circuit training class for my PE and I REALLY have to go back to exercising 😂 Cheers to everyone completing the challenge as well!

  • Hi, I am doing your workouts for a long time. Recently started with the 2023 Weight Lost Challenge. But I want to suggest that if a certain workout is only on on leg, please make it a point to clearly mention it, I really get confused and I have to go back in the video and perform on the other leg if the exercise is for both limbs.   • I started in 2021 and quit at first week. Now i try to start again in 2024 January 9th. And as i experienced before i can't do every day. This made me exhausted. Now i am doing it with breaks. 1 day workout 1 day off. And this way i manage myself. Today is the 11th workout day and 1 mount i am doing this challenge. I thing if you cant do everyday try my trick. And additionally even though i do this challenge with one day offs my body gets shape. Thank you Chloe ❤❤❤

  • Guys I’m starting from may 6th gonna complete it may 29th. I’ll definitely update here about my weight loss journey. I’m a girl with pcos. I wanna get ride of it and live healthy and fit. I was 98kgs on April I have started my weight loss journey from April 8th I did follow simple home cooked diet and I went for a medium pace walk in the evening for 30 - 45 minutes. On may 1st when I saw my weight it was 93.80 kgs. Now I’m fully motivated to reduce my weight. My goal weight is 65. Hope i can achieve this journey 💪😭 let’s do it together!!

  • I want to get into better shape so I have started this challenge and after finishing day 1, I think I dont have enough strength in me or that im too heavy to do any planks for more than 3 seconds. I kept trying however and still managed to finish the workout. Took alot out of me and I feel so drained but I have started, and hopefully thats the hardest step

  • Happy New Year! 🎉 Going to try and give a little program update every time this video pops up on schedule. It’s exciting to start a program JUST as it’s coming out-some of the episodes aren’t even out yet. All in this together, guys! Don’t push too hard, but don’t give up. Don’t starve yourselves, either! And give yourself time to improve, this stuff takes commitment and consistency. I’m so proud of you for even just coming here. Even if it requires long breaks, alternatives, early stops, _you’re incredibly worth every step of the way._ I myself am recovering from illness (and it’s hard bro), so let’s get better together. Take care of yourself, love ❤ Anyways-updates! 02.01.24: Yes I’m a day late, but I wanted to have time to let the newer videos release as I usually do these early in the morning. This 20 minutes was a breath of fresh air! The time flew by. I even did some more high-impact alternatives. Not as hard as some of her other full-body workouts, but still enough to work up a sweat. Did enjoy! 05.01.24: Back again! Still a wonderful workout. A tip for those that may be struggling: _breath is your friend._ In through the nose, out through the mouth, if you can. Concentrating on your breath may even help take your focus off of how your muscles feel if they hurt. Just make sure your form doesn’t slip. Slow and steady, this is no race and it’s definitely no cake walk. 11.01.24: Went in feeling a bit tired, came out feeling quite energised (and quite sweaty…). The real trick to this is Aesop’s tortoise! Slow and steady, friend. If you’re exhausted but still want to workout (if you don’t, that’s A-OK! your body is telling your to rest and recover, and that’s good.), just take the exercises at a slow pace. No one is judging you. In fact, I’m proud of you, friend, for even being here :) 16.01.24: Feels great coming back to this after a couple of prescribed rest days. If you guys see rest days on the calendar, take them! There’re there for a reason. They help your body sort of recover and build up muscle. Think of it as a remodel-now that you’ve “broken down” your muscles a bit, your body can rebuild them better than ever! I’m sure a quick internet search will explain it better than I ever could lol 26.01.24: This workout actually didn’t appear today, but… it’s the last day of this challenge. So I figured I’d come here one last time and say that it was worth it. I didn’t really keep track of my weight and centimetres and stuff like that, but I certainly feel much stronger. And I feel a lot more confident! There’s just something satisfying about finishing that last workout, going about your day with that quiet fact that yeah, I did that. I did that without breaking, and I’ll do it again! So if you’re reading this now, I just think you’re pretty cool for getting this far along. No matter if it’s your first program day one or your tenth program, I’m glad you’re here. I’m happy that you can find yourself doing something like this. And I wish all the very best for you.

  • I'm starting this challenge today . (24 march 2024) i will keep updating . starting weight 58.8 kgs day 1- Done (it was hard for me to complete, couldn't do pushups as my arms are weak but i tried my best ) day 2- Done (got me sweating 🥵)

  • I am going to update daily about my routine. Please someone like my comment so I feel motivated Day 1✅ - April 29th weight - 84kg Day 2✅ - April 30th weight - 83.6kg. My body is aching like hell but still I took breaks and pushed till the end.. Day -3 ❌skipped it on may 1st due to body aches Day -4 ✅done day 3 exercise on may 2nd. Current weight 82.85kgs Day -4✅ Here I am back. It was tough to do I pushed to till end . weight - 82.95kgs. I didn't follow my diet so extra weight gain. Day - 5 ✅ I am still struggling for right position while workout. But I am sure I am gonna achieve it soon .Weight - 82.6kgs. Day 6-✅ Done with workout. Struggled to do an abs workout. But pushed myself and completed it. Weight -82.7kgs Day 7 -❌ not well and unable to control cravings ate fried rice Day 8- ✅ today is toned arms workout feeling better and little lighter . Weight -83kgs it got increased due to fried rice. For weight loss we have to concentrate on both diet and workout. Doing workouts alone will not help you for better results. Day -9✅ current weight - 82.4kg and today I can feel lighter compared with last week. Day -10 ✅ weight - 82.4kgs Day - 11 ❌ skipped Day - 12 weight 81.8kgs I am feeling a little lighter. My motivation is eng of this programme to reach 77kgs Day 13 - Hello guys i am back here after 5days continuous break. 2 days rest day from program and i took 3 days additional break. Current weight - 80.5kgs

  • 2024 Weight Loss Challenge weight: 70.2kg waist : 86 cm Left Arm : 34 cm hips : 103 cm thighs : 64 cm Right Arm : 36 cm Day 1 ✅ knees were shaking at the end of 1st workout but I feel fine after cooldown Day 2 ✅ i thought i wouldn't be able to complete today's schedule cuz my thighs were aching all day but it gradually stopped aching while doing the workout Day 3 ✅ My thighs were killing me all day long, it was much worse than yesterday so I thought I would skip today's workout but I did it anyway! Surprisingly I feel much better while doing the workout. It was definitely hard during warm up but it felt easier as I do the first workout. I took a 30 min break before the 2nd workout but I regret it cuz it felt harder again after my muscles cooled down lol Note: I definitely feel myself getting stronger as my knees does not shake anymore during the workout. I found lunges hard to balance but I'm getting a tiny bit better at it. Squats also doesn't feel as taxing anymore. Additionally, I will do Toned Arms Workout | 15 min Upper Body Burn at the end of the workout starting on day 3 since my arms doesn't feel as sore from the scheduled workouts. Day 4 ✅ I feel tiny bit less sore than yesterday and as usual, my body feels lighter while doing the workout! I did the 1st workout better than I did last time too..! Day 5 ✅ I woke up feeling way less sore today. I'm definitely feeling stronger! I did the first workout way better than last time. My arms honestly felt sore during the warm up, so I'm glad today is leg day! Ah, my legs were shaking during the 2nd's workout Leg Circles though... Day 6 ✅ Rest Day. My muscle ache are mostly gone by the time I woke up this morning~ Day 7 ✅ Rest Day. I don't really feel any sore anywhere but my whole legs would get cramped up for a few seconds if I lay down and straighten my knee too much..! How weird haha. Day 8 ✅ Finally the start of week 2! My body was itching for a workout after that 2 day rest~ To be honest? Today's first workout is by far the most tiring one omg... I was literally out of breath the whole time ;;; But surprisingly, I was doing quite well!! I can't believe how much better I got :0 My lunges are way more stable now, and I can even squat lower than before! I thought I would get weaker after that long rest ;; Note: I changed my additional arm workout routine to Chloe's 10 Mins Toned Arms Workout | No Equipment. I couldn't feel enough burn with the previous one. This one feels way more challenging! Day 9 ✅ It was kinda hard but not really! At least not as hard as yesterday's lol It burns your arms but I feel myself getting stronger 💪💪 Additionally did 30 mins of Aerobic Workout Day 10 ✅ I am sweating BUCKETS today holy moly- like i was literally dripping sweat all the way through and out of breath...and I still find it hard to balance Lunge High-knee. I did my arm workouts well today! took no breaks for that. 💪💪 Day 11 ✅ That second workout was really hard. Yeah idk what else to say...just hard. But I did it *phew*
