45 people have been killed in South Africa's north after a bus plunged off a bridge and burst into flames. Officials say it was transporting pilgrims from neighboring Botswana to an Easter festival. An eight-year old child has been taken to hospital with severe injuries and is reported to be the only survivor.

I would bet my money that the brakes on the bus failed because Africans don't believe in maintaining and servicing their machinery and vehicles, they just don't. Either that or the driver was drunk. Usually one of those

You could have more credit if you mentioned general poor maintenance amongst the less privileged due to cost and higher degradation as a result of poor roads exacerbating the issue!
