Theres a difference between a cognitive reaction and a conscious experience (qualia). How do we know pain sensors can be completely 100% identical to consciousness? How do you know I feel pain? This is the most relaxed I have ever been pondering these questions, and I think it has to do big in part thanks to the relaxing, casual voice of the narrator. Hi
This video raises quite interesting questions, and it was very interesting to listen. Personally, I tend to believe that life on other planets, as well as other dimensions, most likely exists. This seems much more plausible than if they did not exist, given the scale of the universe and the behavior of the quantum world. I am sure in a few hundred years humanity will get answers to these questions and it is wonderful, I am very glad that I will find such a time, perhaps the most interesting time for highness that has ever been before !
Well you do realize we are just monkeys with smart phones right ? If intelligent life is common it would have to start from square one that means the dinosaurs life before the dinosaurs etc beacuse it’s all based on evolution 😑would happen frequently beacuse our ancestors develop brains and evolved hearts etc 😐and your life can’t remember then one at a time😐otherwise is just a clone of your self and not the real you 😐in order for you to live again your mind needs to die the mind can’t cope with more then one life at a time 😐

You know what....................might be possible...
it's very very plausible, and each organelle of this cell are also universe, each atoms, each particules,...to infinite. I think that infinity is in the two ways, small and big, so like alan wats say we are the universe. An interesting thing is that with the particle accelerators, physicists are banging particles like electrons together so they create mini big bang every day!! these guys are gods! and maybe our iniverse was created the same way...

Answers are born from question, answer is a thing that without question doesn't exist or simply it isn't a question, like there can't be shadows of there isn't light, because shadows are absence of light, but if light doesn't exist, everything is shadow or shadow doesn't exist, both are valid. This means that if there is answer but not question, every thing is the question or the question doesn't exist. Like if the answer is 80, every combinations of numbers are the questions (60+20, 40×2, etc...) or the question just doesn't exist, it is just a sentence. I now realized that I toke too seriously your comment due to the fact that is just a joke, but maybe can change your life, who knows Edit: sorry for bad english in case there is grammatical errors Edit 2: there are grammatical errors* (isn't this ironic?)

Why is 11 called "eleven" and not "onety-one"?
Ainlif is composed of ain meaning one and the suffix lif (lifted straigth from the German root lib) meaning "to adhere/remain/remain left over".So, Eleven means literally "one left"(ie one past ten).Hence Eleven. Similary, Twelve comes from ancient German compound word twalif meaning "two left "(ie two past ten). Its kinda hard to explain tho

If we haven't been visited by people from the future yet, does that mean that time travel will never be invented?
Not being visited yet by a person from the future, doesn't mean time travel hasn't been invented. How can you prove that actually we have been visited... or not? Same goes with aliens: if we still don't have enough (scientific) evidence, that doesn't mean other intelligences don't exist. It'll sound like a damn cheap slogan, but... everything is possible until proven wrong.
Time travel was invented, it's just that when they traveled back in time they accidentally made the Big Bang. Think about it... there could have been a whole nother timeline before ours, before some time-traveling idiots could have caused the Big Bang
Vincent Tolisano time travel will be possible in the future, but only traveling one way even further into the future. For example, in 2050 it wil probarly be possible to step in your time machine, stay inside for six months and step out in 2065. Awesome stuff.
***** traveling back in time doesn't make sense and will be never possible.

Either we are alone or we are not. And both thoughts are equally terrifying
true
+Jack Young thats completly untrue being alone is terrifying but having aliens in some other galaxy is actually reassuring. If your afraid of being attacked or smth now tell think like this if aliens want to travel between galaxies they need way higher technology than us imagine such technology advanced civilization finds us you think they would attack us ? no they would either dont care because they have no use of us if they need resources they can go to any other planet and if they are curious like us they would aproach us and either observe or be friendly i mean when you meet a pack of bunnies you dont just go trying to kill them well unless your hunter but normal person doesnt do that imagine us like a pack of bunnies to them cute intresting but nothing impressive or too concerning
+Justas Guikutis IF they do exist, and maybe if they are Hunters who play nice to trap us. Then what
robortalien tell me whats the point we hunt rabbits for money and meat if aliens are so advanced they can just make money out of air or just go to any planet at speed of light and get more food from dumber creatures
+Justas Guikutis what if I told you humans are the most advanced life form in the entire universe
That was really beautiful! Thank you.
I think the answer you're looking for isn't whether they're communicating or not, but whether you're tuning into the correct frequency. There's in fact an infinite number of frequencies these electromagnetic fields can communicate on. Heck maybe even each time a bond is formed it actually creates its own unique frequency and magnetic field. Maybe this explains quantum entanglement? God bless!!!
Interesting you end with GOD BLESS
@Steve Pall well, yes, I'm obviously a believer in God, and I believe science if done accurately 100% proves God exists and created the universe. Also, WHY would one be so worried about wanting to contact these beings. The only thing up there is God and his angels and I'm fairly sure they'll communicate when and how they see fit. All this other rubbish is just that. They can stare out at space all they want they're never going to be able to see or know when this imminent return is going to happen. That's what they want and they can never have it. This place isn't nearly ready to progress into their next phase in the universe. This has happened before and we got destroyed and it's going to happen again if people don't wake up. God bless!!!

The fact that we are lost in billions of stars, galaxies, even universes might seem terrifying. But imagine if there was only the Sun, the Earth and the moon in space...and nothing else. THAT would be terrifying.
I agree with this, it would most certainly mean a program or simulation, or a very unimaginative religious god.

@@KhoiruunisaRF but our imaginations would still people the space outside our solar system with others, gods and goddesses, angels and demons, we would simply create a different landscape for them to live in. @@kiiorigin3544 r/whoooosh
Technically, if consuming anything that once was part of the material body of a human being, the answer is YES. The same would hold true of eating anything grown 'downstream' from a human grave. However I think once the body breaks down into its varied chemical parts they are no longer part of a 'collective' human and thus consuming them would not be cannibalism. So it depends on how you understand the form of the word 'Human".

There are some questions that no one knows the answers to, even with the most advanced science and technology. These questions challenge our understanding of the universe, ourselves, and our place in it. Some examples of such questions are: - What is dark matter and dark energy, and how do they affect the expansion and fate of the cosmos? - How did life originate on Earth, and is there life elsewhere in the solar system or beyond? - What is consciousness, and how does it emerge from the brain? - How can we solve the hard problem of ethics, and determine what is right and wrong in different situations? - Are there other intelligent civilizations in the universe, and if so, how can we communicate with them? These questions may seem daunting or even impossible to answer, but they also inspire curiosity and wonder. They motivate us to keep exploring, learning, and discovering new things. They remind us that there is always more to know, and that we are part of a vast and mysterious reality.
