  • As a nurse I have seen several victims of SA a few of which involved bottles like AH claims happened to her. The women I took care of NEEDED surgery. The women I took care of had genitals that were horribly bloody injured and swollen after the brutal bottle attack. I do not believe AH, and my prayers are with all victims/survivors of DV and SA.

    • My wife and I worked in ERs in California and have seen our share of DV/IPV usually perpetrated by the male but that may because males don’t show up in the ER like a female would due to more serious injuries. Dr Curry was so excellent in describing the Borderline. Personality disorder and Histrionic Personality Disorder and how they affect the person’s relationship with their partners. Amber was a classic example of the worst of both disorders. She was devious and controlling abusing her partners but deflecting or minimizing blame on herself. Rich single males in California beware of this woman 👩. She is poison as Johnny Depp can attest to. But Johnny has got his life back and has rid himself of the stigma of wife beater. Imagine being labeled that when you are the victim and not the abuser. 🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️

    • @@alwayslernin4400 well, we have confirmation from 2 testimonies (ACLU lawyer & JD’s finance guy) that AH donated $350k of the $7m to the ACLU; JD paid $100k each to ACLU & CHLA towards AH’s pledge; Elon paid $350k + $500k each to ACLU & CHLA towards AH’s pledge. So, it looks like she only ever paid $700k in total ($350k to each charity) out of the $7m she claimed to have paid in full. Also, AH admitted and the financial records proved that JD paid AH the $7m in full in Feb 2018, 13 months before JD sued her in March 2019. Aside from proving she lied under oath in the UK trial, in the US trial, and repeatedly to the public, saying she donated the full $7m, I think Camille reiterating the point about 13 months was also effective b/c AH has been claiming that she couldn’t donate the full $7m b/c JD sued her before she received the full amount - which is clearly a lie.

  • As a pro makeup artist of 16+ years and someone who has worked with MMA fighters as well as trained in MMA for 22 years give or take, I have to tell you she is wrong! You can not hide the swelling of a broken nose with ice. You may reduce swelling but with such a serious injury it will still have swelling and also show signs of bone damage no matter how much makeup you put on it. Also for ah who claims to have worked in makeup you should know purple doesn’t cover purple! As we look at the color wheel to correct purple you need it’s opposite or contrasting color which is Yellow! But as a makeup artist she knows that right 😏

    • Totally agree. I thought of swelling as well! And not to mention the toll of emotional damage. Amber described an absolutely horrendous abuse event, and IF IT WERE TRUE, she NEVER could do a tv interview with James Gordon.. NO WAY! She would have been in bed under the covers with hot tea and ibuprofen in her system to deal with extreme pain, anxiety and severe swelling! Instead, She was flawless skinned Amber, giggling, laughing and had quick repartee. She was loving the attention and and no clue of swelling under the eyes, NONE. Eyelids would have been very swollen as well!! There were no signs of insecurity or shock, which this so called DV event, would have left ANYONE in shock and very self conscious if one was hiding injuries to such a pretty face. This girl was on top of the freaking world, not even a clue she was abused. As a woman who HAS been through serious DV, I can tell you, NO WAY is she telling any truth in this horrific tale. Poor Johnny, I just wanted to hug the guy and say, Gosh, I am so so sorry you had to experience such terrible abuse. She, Amber Herd…is FINISHED in Hollywood, mark my words! Johnny is golden! I dn't think JD is any kind of angel but from what I have listened to and seen, he is angry at himself for being seduced by her beauty when under the veneer there was this other person who was everything that he had tried to run from in his life. He lost a hell of alot, I dnt know if anyone caught the part in the audio tapes where she was cackling like a crazed banshee? but she said 6 years and at that time it was only 4 publicly, she corrected herself and laughed. It's seems like he JD looked really uncomfortable at that point in the recording. I wonder if the relationship started before the end of the filming of " Rum Diary "pure speculation on my part but I just get the feeling. He said he lost everything, He said " I lost nothing short of everything " and during the time 2015- 2016 his Ex wife "Vanessa" met had met another man and it was serious and I believe was planning to get married. There was alot going on in JD's head of course. The realisation you've really messed up and it can not be reversed. I hope that both of them are able to get over this. Just goes to show trauma damages and it never leaves a person, no amount of money can erase pain. that's only a spiritual journey that can help that. As someone who has done combat sports and to know how much damage someone could do with gloves on, I can tell you her just saying that and seeing the photos of her the next day with no marks is ridiculous, she would of been black and blue, closed eyes and probably had a broken eye socket (the cheekbone is one of the weakest and breaks easy). • When she walked out of the court room I’m almost sure the judge noticed it. Maybe I imagined it but I think after the instruction to sit by her lawyer there is a pause and I’m sure the judge makes a sigh or a noise. I personally thought it looked rude. She comes across as entitled and disrespectful. Even in cross examine she spoke in cocky way to Camille at the beginning and you could sense Camille’s frustration at one point because she reminded Heard that she was under oath and mentioned about perjury. Then slightly later she spoke really harshly at Heard when Heard was continuing to blather on and Heards stares at her realising she is no longer taking her bullshit and looks intimidated by Camille. Heard looks cocky and disrespectful through most of that cross to me and I think that’s possibly a good thing really as it’s showing a side of her character that you wouldn’t see if you were more harsh with her. Starting off soft gave her the impression Camille was a walk over. She got cocky and non cooperative and the jury got to see how disrespectful she can be. Personally I think Heard is a narcissist and they will be like that when they think your a soft touch. Look at the way she has treated Depp when he spoke calmly and was loving in most audios. Just as he thinks he’s calming her down she starts to ramp up again. I’d imagine him being soft had her feeling she was in control.

So not only could she have paid it in full at any point over that period, she also could’ve paid it in installments as she received it even before it had been fully paid to her. Camille also did a good job bringing Elon’s donation into the picture because it made perfect sense to me that AH would find another super rich bf to pay some or all of the donations in her name and keep the money. If I didn’t know any of that, I would’ve thought not paying because she was sued was a remotely plausible (albeit extremely convenient) excuse.

This makes zero sense. Yes, Amber did try to sue him in California for defamation for statements he made in a GQ article after the NDA but it didn’t survive and was tossed out - essentially he said he didn’t do the things she said & he was defending himself against her public accusations (she had done a video interview for girl gaze also taking after the NDA). I really hope JD’s lawyers address the $6M lie on her legal fees because they have all her tax records and they do not show deductions for legal fees or that she paid any legal fees at all - in fact they have it in the court docs that someone else is paying her fees - they suspect Elon or the ACLU.

Watching Amber look at him… But watching Johnny actively avoid looking at her. Without the context of that audio where he promises her she’s never see his eyes’ the Jury was potentially if not likely already thinking what Amber closed with ‘he won’t look at me bc he can’t bc he’s ashamed’ 😂 It gave them a more than plausible alternative as to why… And her choice to open with that was genius exactly bc she knew Amber was going to close with ‘bc he’s ashamed’… yes it took a bit of the edge off, but Camille also knew she was just getting started. By Camille’s mic drop moment as she ‘no further’d’ the male members of the jury if not the women were thinking, I wouldn’t look at that witch either…

  • One thing that she brought up was that she couldn't remember because of PTSD with regards to the SA event (supposedly). Unfortunately, when one has PTSD (I was diagnosed with C-PTSD and have learned to manage it and teach others today) they do NOT forget. It replays over and over in their mind; they have continued reoccurring nightmares of the event which creates triggering...and sometimes this is triggered by certain things and people...but the point here is that when one has PTSD they cannot forget. EMDR therapy and similar therapy's such as EFT are to help one process the traumatic events out of their conscious memory, if you will.

  • I think Amber is upset with her legal team because they're having a hard time supporting her claims and making sure her stories make sense. The way she just bolted out the door after being told to sit by your lawyer (and it was right after her lawyer gave up after Camille's rapid fire objections). Despite all of the obvious signs of lying, I still fear Amber will win this. Regardless, Johnny has won in the court of public opinion.

  • LOVED Camille, but a few times I felt she took the listeners to a precipice -- anticipating the big reveal -- and then didn't deliver. Australia bottle for example: thought for SURE she'd ask where's the blood on the label from both AH and Johnny's bleeding finger, or where's the bloody footprints in the house from AH's cut up feet? I mean, just another minute or two of zingers would have REALLY sent the message as to just how ludicrous AH's tale of assault is. Leave NO ROOM for doubt. But Camille, unfortunately, left some room because a missing telephone and writing in the mirror wasn't a hard enough sell.

  • Her photos drove me nuts. How can anyone not see that it's the SAME photo?! In order for her story to be true, she took a photo with the vanity lighting and then turned it off to use natural lighting (which requires bodily movement) and just so happened to get back in the EXACT same pose (not a hair out of place and the same lighting on her forehead). She obviously took one photo and increased the saturation in one of them to make the bruises appear darker. I'm surprised they didn't have a photo expert on there to inspect the pics.

    @monicapyle@monicapyle Жыл бұрын
    • Honestly, that part was very damning for me personally. I'm a woman and I've also modeled. Those were *CLEARLY* the SAME photos. I think most women would pick up on that. The men, not so much. Even the beach photos had me shaking my head. She wasn't wearing makeup. Pure gaslighting.

      @venuss2000@venuss2000 Жыл бұрын
    • @@venuss2000 Yes the beach photos looked barefaced. Concealer and foundation usually makes your skin all the same tone but she had natural blotches (like under her eyes, etc.). They were pretty pictures but it was the natural look that made them pretty. There was ZERO indication of swelling. It doesn't matter how much ice you use, if your nose is broken and your eyes are blackened, you're not going to cover that up soon after the incident. It also annoyed me that she admitted she just assumed her nose was broken.

    • Monica, I think they did call an expert witness, if they are the two photos I think you are referring to. Depp's witness appeared to be strangely constrained by what he could say. For instance, every time he started talking anything about colors, Heard's lawyer successfully objected. What we did learn from the meta data is that the two before and after photos had EXACTLY the same time stamp and EXACTLY the same file name. The conclusions seem clear to me.

Also, AH lawyers completely ignore her at the end as everyone is saying goodbye (just not to her). Elaine especially, she walks to the front to speak with someone until Amber leaves, then immediately heads back to her table.

Live stream chatting is awesome but the speed doesn’t allow for detailed explanations in a chronological order most of the time. I love that we are now crowd sourcing law and order. The two of you, bounce off of each other well due to knowledge, perspective and being able to put things in laymen’s terms over social media. It not only provides us with a perspective on court related questions, it also shows us a decent law community to surpass the stereotypes we’ve grown accustomed to (generational bridge gapping). • I was married to a narcissist/ alcoholic and I NEVER took pictures of him when he was in a bad physical state. Passed out drunk or physically ill. The opposite, I often cried and kept wishing he would go to rehab. I rarely have a alcoholic drink and while being with him I stopped drinking any alcohol because I truly resented alcohol. When I saw these pictures during court session my jaw literally dropped. Then sending it to a friend? It’s humiliating. I was scared of him and I never raised my voice to him nor insulted. He never hit me but he would brake things around the house when he would get angry. That was scary. I would freeze and made sure I kept my distance. No way I was going to have the nerve to freaking start recording his raging episodes. I did take photographs of the aftermath but saved them on a calculator app. I wanted to have them just in case I ever experienced physical abuse. Thank god I didn’t! After my divorce I deleted them. The judge asked me if I wanted financial support from him after divorce an I said “ no, I don’t want to have any connection with him. I can work and take care of myself”.

That just did now sound like a lawyerly choice but very much sounds like something JD would push for. What I thought was outrageous was the way AH's lawyer mocked JD.
