If you don't have the kind of dad who expects better for you, I feel really sorry for you, maybe you could get therapy to help you process this? if you do, though, have a father who would expect more for you - why is it okay for Depp to abuse Amber but not acceptable for you?

    • @jacintanandi7854 You cannot possibly be serious. Like at all. As much as there isn't any single way to act as a survivor of DA to watch this trial in its entirety and claim that Johnny Depp "hounded" her. Hell even just after watching this clip is absolutely insane and to consider anything that Amber did on the stand as harrowing is beyond laughable. To claim that she had moved on as an excuse for her detachment makes no sense since she can't even remember the first time he hit her even though she claims that "you never forget the first time someone hits you". And still went on to write that op-ed after their divorce was finalized and she got 7 million. Anyone with half a brain can suss out that Johnny and his lawyer are absolutely shocked by the lies she keeps telling. Even Ms. Vasquez laughs at points because it's just so ridiculous there's nothing else to do but laugh. Other testimonies by other witnesses were ACTUALLY funny. Everyone laughed. But to come here and defend Amber is preposterous. It doesn't take a genius to see that she's lying especially since the lawyer keeps proving that she's been committing perjury. Johnny might not have been completely innocent but to defend Amber and crucify him is bonkers. Any fool can see that this woman is lying through her teeth.

    • Camille slam dunked this. My sympathy goes out to Elaine. Dealing with a client, who has personality disorder on such level. If roles were reversed for Elaine and Camile, I don't think the outcome would've differed. It wasn't about how Amber gave her answers, it was about what she answered. Amber believes her lies to the point where, her team believed them to. Once they came across Johny's team, I believe Elaine and her team realized that Amber manipulated them and then it was allready to late to change tactics. So I think both teams didnthe best they could. Elaine was dealt losing cards and she played them the best she could for a lying, clinically disordered and manipulative, famous client. If Amber had told Elaine the truth, I believe Elaine could've come up with a different tactic, but narcissists are difficult to persuade. They only believe their truth and that is it and I atrongly believe she pressured Elaine to defend what Amber wanted to be the truth, not the actual truth. But that's the thing with personality disorders. They believe their truth is the truth and that they can persuade the whole world.

Johnny refused so she continued to abuse him through op-eds, publications, etc. until he had his day in court and the truth was told. We all wanted to see him get more money, but that's not what he wanted, he just wanted the truth to be proven that she was a gold-digging, vile, psycho which was planned from the beginning. Saving photos that were fake, not one mention he was abusive physically other than pushing her off him. One month after marriage, she cut off his finger by attacking him with a vodka bottle for not placing her in his will. WOW, thank god Justice was served. She stuck her foot in her mouth legally more than once, and left her legal team with no ability to react to, for example Kate Moss. Even litigators have expressed sympathy for Elaine in certain capacities. She had a client who wouldn't listen, "knew" better and had no receipts. Pretty much a legal purgatory type of situation.

    • "Sees no problems with her actions." Actually, it's FAR worse. In her mind, he DESERVES it. In female-instigated IPV, there is a tendancy in female abusers to instigate because they FEEL disrespected, now they have license to physically and emotionally abuse a person. They can fall back on female privilege to beat up their spouse (meanwhile expecting him to NOT hit her). If the spouse does any sort of pushback for woman's behavior, now the switch gets flipped and she's the victim because the spouse reacted. No accountability or ownership of the behavior that started it all, and the underlying philosophy of - 'you deserve it, you made me mad, I get to hit you, and you have to take it.' With AH, it's evil because it's rooted in HIS rejection of her and desire for ending the relationship. He was sick of her abuse, chaos and walking on eggshells. She was on Seroquel for a reason. She was off-the-rails. When he said he was done, her wounded ego hatched the ultimate ab*se (again, he deserved it) via enlisting and exploiting society to abuse him too. There is little doubt she still feels he "deserves it." Her little cadre of flying monkeys, that is there public agenda. It's the intersection of mental health (cluster b) and toxic female privilege being weaponized. AH is still exploiting that toxic female privilege by expecting to rewrite the trial that it's about social media, bots and Depp fans blaming her for him h*tting her. All of which, complete fabrication and distortion of reality so she can attempt to reclaim the victim mantle after she was exposed.

This is because he ultimately rejected her and that, her words, "before it becomes far darker" - translation she would be punishing him if he went through with leaving her. She even had the audacity to describe her character assassination campaign TO him before she did it. The ultimate expression of toxic female privilege, and female-led IPV. SHE has the right to do whatever she wants (while having huge expectations of the spouse), carry on, ab*se and take no responsibility. Society must listen and believe her, it's her privilege. If Depp, or society pushes back. SHE is the victim now. It's misogyny, bots, unfairness on social media - etc. She exploited social kindness for victims for her own ends, when she's not one. You're right she has zero guilt. She's ENJOYED every minute of it, well, at least until this trial. Being exposed and facing accountability bothered her so much that she couldn't rewrite history, she fled the country. She's still occasionally trying to rewrite history through flying monkeys from time-to-time. Still trying to reclaim the victim narrative through progressively more outlandish assertions.

    • @@jacintanandi7854 No, she lost in the US, say it with me LOST. A jury of VA citizens found her guilty of defamation on all three counts. She was going to lose the appeal, too. That's why she quit, sparing her further humiliation. Her insurance companies are suing the crap out of her for her underhanded tactics with them, too. It's ugly for her no matter what you've been told by paid AH PR hacks. The UK the trial was flawed due to that verdict didn't even get to the substance of the issues (lies, deceit, made up stories for clout chasing as an activist). The UK verdict is far more problematic because she was never cross examined. Judge Nicol just 'believed' her. Don't hang your hat on the UK trial, the educated people know that was a highly problematic trial where AH exploited the DV laws to be shielded from cross examination. Thus, it produced a verdict that to this day missed the core of the lies and her campaign to destroy him for leaving her. AH and her team exploited well-meaning laws in the UK continue the smear and the campaign to ruin JD. One day you'll understand how underhanded and evil AH actually is. Abusing your spouse and calling them a baby for protesting, that's the real AH. One day you'll see it.

I mean, can they not get in trouble for doing that so many times? Every question she did just about was an objectionable question. And then she wants to play dumb with the judge like she didn’t know. Elaine and amber are two peas in a pod. No wonder the men on that side were so quiet and no one has heard a peep out of them since the trial that i know of.
