  • Hope you guys like this one with my friend Broderick! He's one of the most fascinating and brilliant people in physical culture. And if you haven't checked out the DOOM workout we did a few years ago, you'd like that!

  • It's not a bad take on depression either. Just doing something before you realize you're back into it. The doing part is the hardest part, but once you've done it... well you're doing it

  • Juji you are most certainly not average, you are a good human in general as well as you are great when it comes to entertainment, building a body, and keeping people waiting for the next upload or post. I've been following you since you quit your job and of course I have a lot of your merchandise a lot of your products and I'm even a monthly supporter of this KZhead channel. How many people here can say they have the limited edition Flamingo gripper and Unicorn gripper? 😁😁

  • Calling people sub-human because they don't do (or can't do) the specific activities you think are required to be human is either a very shortsighted take or a straight up eugenicist one. Neither of them is a good look.

  • around 38:00 he says the thing of "you are a human, if you are a human you should do the things a human does". which reminds me of (I am going on a tangent here) things I heard from following arts. one of the axioms there is that creativity and is a human ability and inherent in all humans. which means every human should be able to produce art and if they are committed they should be able to produce good art. I met a lot of people that say they can not draw, they can not write, they can not sing or perform, but in the end communication is what humans because we are social animals and he's right. it is true. Is everyone able to because a Sargent, a Kim Jung Gi, a Caravaggio? probably not. Not everyone has the mix of talent, love, resources and commitment to become a pro-bodybuilder. doesn't mean they shouldn't paint or shouldn't exercise. not every person has the potential to become a masterful professional singer, but unless you have a physical disability you can practise enough to sing your child a lullaby even of you don't have much talent from the get go. though if you do every single thing your species can do mentally, socially and physically with full commitment for it to become excellent, that could become a bit overwhelming if you have just one life. i think there's always a balance between specialising on a limited of skills and being able to generally function in our environment and human society.

  • Running is most certainly not as simple as putting on toe crushing shoes and taking a step forward. I see more people running with bad dangerous form than I do with proper form meaning if their heads are bouncing up and down while they are running, they are hopping while falling forward. That is not running. The level of your head should not change and the same goes for walking. It is a skill

    @drip369@drip3692 ай бұрын
    • No its not But starting it is. Mastering it is something different, but it begins at the beginning. Don't even need to put shoes on for it

      @AngryOscillator@AngryOscillator2 ай бұрын
    • You're missing the point a little bit here brother. He was saying that if you want to do a given thing then you need to start doing it and not just talk or think about doing it. Sure, running is a skill that can be developed to be performed optimally. But you still have to stop talking and start doing if the thing you want to try.

  • I don't get it. Be a human by pumping yourselves full of synthetic chemicals and breaking down before age 40? No thanks, work is hard enough as it is. If you have all day to spend thinking about how your body looks and doing fringe isolation excercises until your joints, tendons, and spine disintegrate, you might be human but you're useless.
