What is the size of it in volume displacement/cubic centimetres? I have bought a lot of expensive mouses over years but I find I always game best on the cheap G300 simply because of its relatively tiny size...

Does it save macro on board memory or do you need the software running?
It has on board memory
when i change the keybinds of the side mouse buttons so it doesnt go volume down and up on ngenuity and save it, it still seems to volume up and down

When I try changing buttons on ngenuity software nothing happens (I click the button that I want to change and doesn’t change the assignments down bellow)
Hi Jean, The software is updated regularly so could you check if yours is up to date ? Do you click on the "Save to mouse" button before closing NGENUITY ?

Hey I bought the mouse and plugged it in to my xbox to play forrnite ( cringe I know) but the sidemouse buttons dont work only two of them work way to fix that would be awesome thanks
You must be able to connect the mouse to a Windows PC and run NGENUITY to access macros, adjust DPI, and program the rest of the buttons.

The product page should boldly and obviously specify that this mouse requires the Win10 version of Ngenuity. For the 32% marketshare still using Win7 this ends up being a generic mouse.

Edit: As the comment below states, you have to install the new version of the software through the Windows store. WARNING: HyperX NGENUITY software doesn't support this mouse, so the three extra buttons don't work, not able to further adjust the DPI (other than the three preset settings), and not able to adjust the RGB colors. Other than that it's a great feeling mouse.

Es un asco el software en otros mouse tiene diferentes formas de crear macros como secuencia pulsar para activar soltar para desactivar la macro y es este mouse con el software es una reverenda cagada y además que sea obligatorio tener que descargar de la tienda de Windows no chinguen que genios yo en mi caso prefiero un Windows modificado sin la tienda de Windows ya que me consume mucho rendimiento pero no sabía que el mouse necesitaba de la tienda para descargar el software así que tuve que reinstalar Windows con la tienda y para que me salieran con una mierda de software 👎
Es una basura el primer día que lo compre (hace 4 días) instale el software y me pidió una actualización de firmware y la trate de hacer y para nada porque me sacaba siempre que comenzaba a hacerse y luego de la nada el mause se apago y ya no enciende, no se si es que se daño o que pero la pc lo reconoce pero no funciona, voy a tener que cambiarlo con la garantía porque no me gustó para nada y mas que ya no funciona (no recomiendo nada hyperx aprendí por las malas que no valen la pena por mas que se vea y suena increíble sus accesorios)
