  • The original pieces cut off seemed to be longer than those they were replaced with! Any health and safety officer in a western engineering workshop would have kittens at these working conditions.

    • Nice welds doesn't mean that it's a good weld. They started in the middle of the arm and left a area which they filled up later. I'm not a expert in welding but I would have started from the outside and even welded to it so that I can start from the outside and go with the weld material in the V

  • Love how they are double and tripple checking every line, and using the original bolt to check fit. Guess if you have no premade jigs you have to constantly check what you are doing. I would be a little bit worried about slag inclusion, though.

    • No goggles for cutting is one of the few things I wonder about, there’s potential that they work with such thick material the light is rarely ever above the surface.

  • They need to make better than 2.12 a day , so they can buy safety equipment ,boots, glasses , gloves, welding hoods, hard hats, face sheald Or make the company buy it . I think they need to join a union so the union can fight for them. There are so many people working like that , that it is normal for them, if you complain there is no job for you. Poor guys😞

  • How come they never use a work bench so everything would be leveled properly and why do they have to curl up to do there work with grinders and torches,the worst thing you could do much easier to have accident.Safety gear zero to none.On the other hand they are honest hard workers with a low wage.😮
