I had this headset for 1 day and the left driver already blew. It also was uncomfortable. Now I have steelseries arctic 5 2019 edition and this has better sound and this is ultra comfortable.

q1ffaay defiantly the gsp300, they have better isolation, better comfort, better positional awareness, without 7.1 which makes the audio sound like a tin can and it has a great mic, the only good thing of the cloud 2 is better build quality,design and different ear cups

Hi TF, Me again. It's nice that, as you said, Sennheiser put together a "budget headset" that following in the footsteps of the GSP 3, 5, and 600 series they've introduced since the G4ME series. Looking closely at these cans, one can see where they've "cut-back" in order to keep these cans within the price point of $99.00 USD. I find it amusing though, to see these 303's go for $99 USD [about $140 CDN], and the 500's going for almost $400 CDN] Are you sure the ear cushions are leather? I just find it hard to believe that you would get leather cushions at that pricepoint. Reason I ask is that I have a "leatherette" office chair in my game room and over time this leatherette has started peeling off near the top where my head leans back. I realize that replacing ear cushions every once in a while is not a costly purchase [probably like $30 USD], but nevertheless, it's kind of understood and expected that the Sennheiser brand is supposed to be about quality, therefore should not happen. . . right? And this type of "design fault" may not be well received. I have a theory as to why Sennheiser went with this particular genre of movie. [ :p not my favorite btw ]; - Sennheiser has really gained a solid footing in the gaming community starting with the G4ME series. Enough so, that they decided to launch the GSP line. - They probably decided that if they were to brand one of their gaming headsets with, say, a movie. . . well, what better way to reach and to connect it to their target audience [young mostly male gamers 10-19 years old] than to do it with a movie that their target audience can relate to. - You; "Then why did they choose such a low end, low budget, poorly received movie?" . . . Answer; Consider this; 1. look at the price [$99 usd, doable with a teen's weekly allowance, or asking a parent to buy it for them. Or perhaps they have a part-time job] 2. Look at the choice of movie [Need for Speed is on a similar storyline as the famous Grand Theft Auto video game]. 3. This is a popular marketing plan many companies use to sell their product. Case in point; [Nike......the "Air Jordans". . .= $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ for Nike 4. For Sennheiser, trying to get the creators of GTA on board to let them brand a headset with GTA logos, colors, branding, advertising, etc. . would have cost a phenomenal amount of money. But for a low-end movie like Need for Speed ?.... well. . . they probably got it for a song. I'm sure the producers of Need for Speed saw this as their WHITE KNIGHT to help them recoup the money they lost making that movie, so they most likely JUMPED at that opportunity. 5. What better way for Sennheiser to sell their product than to have the kids, who've seen the movie, see the headphones, and badger their parents relentlessly until the parents give in and buy them. Anyone who has seen or heard of Sennheiser knows that may make top notch quality audio products, and that it will be a confident purchase. So there you have it ! Still trying to catch up on all your videos you put together TF, and all have really informative. Keep up the good work :)

Wired headsets will always sound better than wireless so will the mic and you don't have to charge it
