I did 3 of Chloe's workout (2 weeks shred challenge, 4 weeks shred challenge, 28 days flat tummy challenge). I can say that my body totally changed. I used to have a fat tummy that whenever i wear shirts it looks like I'm pregnant in the 3rd month. But after I did it istg my tummy is almost flat, I started having defined abs from the top till the middle only a little bump is left on the bottom of my tummy. I didn't even eat that healthy, I ate everything. And I took a lot of rest days.u all can do it I promise u will have results, it's all about consistency, u can take alot of rests and eat whatever u want in limits just consistency. Love u all

On my own experience, i must say that Chloe ting's workouts are effective. Last year, i started doing workout in the middle of August up to December. And i can really see the difference. I achieved the body that I'm dreaming of. But when i went to province, my grandma didn't allow me to do diet and workout. Now I'm currently working on my body AGAIN. It's really hard from the start but with consistency and determination, you'll soon see the difference and improvement. Keep fighting guys!

Hey guys!! Im trying to do this work out along with 3 other workouts for at least 30 days. PLEASEE try to remind me because I literally can't keep track of anything. My goal is not to see the number drop on the scale, it's to see a difference when I look at myself in the mirror. Wish me luck!!! (I'll tell y'all the difference it makes every 10 days) Day 1-✅ This wasnt really THATT hard. It definitely made me so sore after but overall, a good day! I’ve done this exercise 3x now. For a whole week I’ve only done at least one 15min stretching routine everyday, and when I’m not feeling wiped from that (I have scoliosis) I followed up with routine because I want to lose the fat to help ease my pain (also to just look stinking hot af) and all I can say is… the first time I tried this I legit broke down in tears because it was SO HARD and everything hurt so much. But I brushed away the tears and kept doing what I could making adjustments until I’m strong enough to complete the whole original routine. Third time I did this today there’s still some breaks I have to take, and some minor adjustments I’ve made for my back, but damn I’m just happy I was able to keep up ! I haven’t seen much change in the mirror, but I’m in less pain than I was a week ago. So… thank you. This video is great for beginners you just gotta get through the first 10min and it gets easier. I promise.

Hello everyone! all your comments are very help full and so exited to start, i will be doing this and the 2 week abs with her in the pink exercise suit and i'm so exited! in my country i am in the middle of winter so i can cover up but my deam is to finaly get the bakini body i have always wanted by summer time! i have always been a active child i was quite small, untill i stoped doing the exercise i did on a daily ( running around and having fun) i let myself go and i'm often getting anoyed at myself for that. i curently weigh 50kg for a 12yr and i am 1m and 55cm tall, i am so exited to finaly get the body i've always dreamed of thank you so much chloe you are truely and angel sent from heaven, you are helping so many people and inspiring them to get fit, thankyou so much, you are so kind!

after being stuck in bed for the best part of a year with chronic pain from back and neck injuries, i've decided i'm done feeling sorry for myself and scared to move in case i hurt myself again and want to get my life back and get my body back BETTER than it was before. Before lockdown I was a bit tubby but I was always reasonably fit because I walk everywhere, but covid lifestyle changes have done a number on all of us. I'm sat on my floor laughing at myself right now because despite being horrendously out of shape from the past year I got through the entire workout thinking 'oh this wasn't so bad I was just being a baby'.... 15 mins later I tried to stand up and my legs gave out. Yeah this is going to be sore tomorrow. Thanks for doing this low impact one for those of us who have back injuries and can't do burpees and jumping jacks etc!

you don't need to be fast as cloe you need to complete that exercise, if you feel you are slow or not doing perfect.... girl you are doing it is a winnnnn.... I have learned this after 2 years of failing to complete any challenge..... I hope I get this time. I believe if you need an extra rest day take it, and complete your challenge with 10 extra days. Day 8 no skipping. Every day it gets easier and more fun. At the end of the whole sets the top two of my six-pack get very pronounced 😍 I hope to stay motivated to go further!
I'm on day 16 and I've noticed my stomach is harder and less sticking out than before. I still have work to do and my lower stomach is still pretty big but looks more toned than befode but I knew it wouldn't be easy. I've lost around 7.9 lbs already and my goal is just lose 10 lbs in total after this 28 days is over. I'll probably do a different excersice like the 2 week shred after this.

But I won't give up. √Day 2: It was a little bit more easier than yesterday and I felt less tired. I could see small changes and I'm happy. √Day 3: I took a break because my body is in pain. √Day 4: I could feel my legs are getting stronger than before. I'm getting the hang of it. Day 5: ? Alright guys, I know I haven't uploaded for a while now but I would say it works perfectly fine for me! I really recommend you to do it. I'm still doing it until today and so on, but if you need to take a break, do it. You don't have to follow her timing, do it by yourself as you desire. Don't forget to do warm-ups first before doing those workouts

Been doing these exercises for the past 2 weeks or so, I’m noticing some differences including losing a good amount of bra bulge (thank godddd💀) my belly is definitely flatter than before, it’s a slow process but definitely worth all the work. I’m also noticing how I’m less tired than usual, and my body just feels good and relieved!! Definitely going to continue these workouts everyday!!

I have through dieting, not exercising, but im planning to start this particular workout on Monday, after i finish my current set of exercises which require i do them for 7 days. very effective workout to those who works out secretly. usually i do this every morning the time i wake up after some stretching. do this routine 2-3x for a total of 30 mins 😊 remarkable results.
I'm starting this at 62kgs will keep coming back to this video for 21 days ! Aim is 56 kgs within next 6 months. Day 1: Not that hard to start. Doesn't have any cardio, makes it easier for me. Me: eats healthy and exercises the whole day and feels good about my self. My dad: comes home from the store with brownies, ice cream, pizza, and takeout from a restaurant. I'm trying to get rid of the fat I've had throughout my life. I don't even over eat. My glow up didn't come so I'm forcing it I've had a lot of asthma flare ups almost every year of my life causing me to have to take steroids which make you hungry and a lil puffy. I ended up having all the weight add up over the years and I want to get rid of it now.
I started working out a year ago because I hated my body and I lost so much weight! And before quarantine started I was really happy with my body and for the first time in my life I was actually slim but then coronavirus had to ruin it! Now I’m trying to get rid of the big belly I gained from quarantine ugh

Hi I am full beginner, I’ve been laying in bed for the past 7 years and haven’t worked out since highschool PE. Anything I couldn’t do I switched it for sit ups or crunches but I pushed myself for the standing ones ! You can do it too !!!

@@Xx67820 i dont use this workout because i want one that focuses more on my abs. Chloe has a lot of great ab workouts and they've definitely given me results. So i would say if you want an ab workout, do her other ones

It was praiseworthy doing these exercises daily....yes I used to push myself to do these one but surely have seen a great difference...thank you for uploading such a video which helped me to loose weight although I used to have my regular diet and also eating what is not healthy

It’s been 7 days since I started.. I started on the first of October. And I’ve been eating 2 times a day. And drink lots of water. I haven’t seen any changes yet... so I’m incorporating this quick work out onto my daily schedule with the rest of my work outs that I do. Everyone says that a week is not gonna be enough to see progress.. but I’m just scared that I’m gonna be working my butt off ALL of October JUST to not get any weight loss results... I’m really scared.☹️ this is a huge leap that I’m taking.
thunder kitty just take it slow :) every body is differrent and it may take a bit to see results, but the important thing is to watch your health 💕 if you go to school/ college you NEED to eat 🤣 it’s True that reducing calorie intake can “benefit” weight loss, but remember that you need energy too, and you’re gonna end up binge eating, which is not good :( As I Said before, my advice is to take it slow. Don’t “ ask “ your body too much, because it takes time ( and if you don’t see any changes till the end of october it’s alright :) our bodies are not machines. You can do it 💕💕
Does anyone ever get confused wether they’re making progress because of their period , like one day I think omg I’m like kinda skinny then boom bloated but then the bloat won’t go away and you get annoyed and confused wether it’s fat or just the hormones causing me to bloat 🤷🏻♀️😂

I saw somewhere that it’s water weight. Apparently, you gain more water weight during you period but then when you finish (your period) it goes back to normal 😎

I’m in grade seven. I’ve always had bloating issues my whole life. In grade five I was very insecure because without eating anything, my stomach would stick out so far, while everything else was skinny and fit. Girls in my class wwould ask me “ are you pregnant?? “ It may have been a joke to them, but it hurt my feelings. I found Chloe not that long ago and have been doing her workouts everyday no matter what. My stomach never bloats and I am starting to see my abs coming in!! I’m super excited and just know no matter what you can achieve anything. Thanks for reading :)
