I have a 96 M20J MSE and it is extremely well engineered. They thought of everything that you could want in a non-pressurized, non-deiced, single with 200 hp.
Hey. If you live in LA. Can I rent the plane from you? Mooney m20s are my dream plane. I wish to own the brand new m20 acclaim. Cruising speed 273 mph. That's insane.
I love my 1995 M20J MSE. Thanks for the video.
Thank you for watching!
My 1978 201 cruised at 162 Knots at 70% power
I've never gotten that out of mine. I'm closer to 157. what altitude did you find best speed at?
@@joematties7557 Don't recall because that was 1983. Probably 7 to 8 thousand. In our flying club, we had a 1977 and 1978 201 and they both had the same performance. Maybe because they were relative new accounts for the performance.
The best prop plane ever made!
The second aircraft you show is not a J. The round hole around the nose cone is a give away, as well as the gear doors.
It’s a Bellanca Viking.
cool
The one plane needs new switch covers. That ugly-ass tape over them looks terrible.🙂
